Research On The Supervision Of Over-Limit And Overload Transportation Of Road Traffic

The problem of over limit and over load transportation of highway is a persistent disease that perplexes the relevant highway management departments.Many departments try to control it from the economic and legal perspectives.However,due to the human cost and other factors,there are still some loopholes in the supervision.Governance theory,this study through the investigation,comparative analysis,combing overrun overload transportation supervision way,comparative analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional supervision mode and modern regulatory mode,put forward traditional regulatory advantage deterrence by economic means to control and enforcement,raise the cost of illegal behavior,but its shortcoming is also very obvious,mainly in the face of increasingly overrun overload behavior,human law enforcement ragged;The advantage of modern supervision method is that it can make up for the problems of traditional supervision through scientific and technological means,but it also has the disadvantage that the equipment is prone to failure and affects the effectiveness of law enforcement.Through comparative analysis,this study proposes to combine the modern supervision method with the traditional supervision method,select the advantages of the two supervision methods,form a hybrid supervision method,and apply it to the over-limit overload transportation supervision.
