Research On Government Supervision Of Road Passenger Transport Safety In Dongtai City

The transportation industry is the cornerstone of economic and national development.The transportation industry is not only related to the daily life of the people,but also has a direct impact on social and economic development.Compared with other types of industries,the most significant feature of the transportation industry is its pilot and basic nature,especially the road passenger transportation industry,which has greatly improved the people’s transportation conditions.The government’s supervision of the safety of regional road passenger transportation plays a vital role in the local transportation industry.Based on the research on road passenger transportation safety supervision at home and abroad,this study elaborates the research content and research ideas of this article,clarifies the research concepts of safety supervision and government safety supervision,and combines capture theory and coordination theory.Interpretation,study domestic and foreign related literature,take Dongtai City as a case,conduct empirical analysis through questionnaires,distribute and retrieve 400 valid questionnaires,and use SPSS Statistics 25.0 to test the reliability and validity of the data using confirmatory factor analysis for empirical analysis Analyze,use questionnaire survey method,case analysis method,and interview method to deeply analyze the current situation of road passenger transportation safety supervision in Dongtai area.At present,the road passenger transportation industry in Dongtai City is showing a unified,healthy and orderly development trend.However,there are also difficulties in the effective implementation of road passenger transportation safety source supervision,imperfect safety supervision risk prevention and control system,and road passenger transportation safety inspections are only formal and safe.In-depth analysis of problems such as inefficient supervision is that the legal system of safety supervision needs to be improved urgently,the lack of standardized target assessment,and the lack of a joint mechanism for supervision departments.For this reason,based on the current problems of road passenger transportation in Dongtai City and the discussion of its causes,combined with the theory of coordination and government supervision,the author proposes a path to improve government supervision of road passenger transportation safety in Dongtai City.First,improve the road passenger transport safety laws and regulations system.The government strives to improve the exit mechanism of the road passenger transport industry,fill up the gaps in the "Internet +passenger transport" system,and conduct road passenger transport safety supervision in accordance with laws and regulations.Second,in terms of information,improve the road passenger transportation safety information supervision system,create online and offline integrated information management,and strengthen the real-time dynamic monitoring of passenger transportation safety and the information construction of passenger transportation safety emergency linkage.Third,improve the responsibility assessment and accountability system of road passenger transportation safety target management,and at the same time strengthen the application of assessment results.Fourth,multi-party joint efforts to jointly promote road passenger transport safety management,strengthen the dominant position of government supervision,implement the main responsibility of enterprise safety production,broaden the ways for passengers to participate in safety supervision,and implement the investigation and rectification of various road passenger safety supervision objects.
