The summer climate in southern China is hot and humid,and the amount of condensed water generated by residential air conditioners is huge.The recycling of air-conditioning condensate water is of great significance for saving water resources and alleviating water pressure.The main problem of recycling the condensed water in air conditioners is how to determine its production.This article takes the amount of condensate water generated from residential air conditioners in hot and humid areas as the research object,and mainly focuses on the air conditioner with the refrigerant processing function of a single-machine processing system.The influence of various factors on the amount of condensate generated during the intermittent operation of residential air conditioners was discussed.The purpose was to establish a model for estimating the amount of condensate generated from residential air conditioners,and to provide a design basis for the recovery and utilization of condensed water from residential air conditioners.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:First,an electronic questionnaire was designed and distributed for residential units,room size,number of people in the room,type of air conditioner,usage time and habits,and indoor furniture in hot and humid areas,and a statistical analysis was conducted on the results.The survey and analysis results mainly show that:(1)the air-conditioning distribution of different functional rooms is more consistent in the opening season,but the high-frequency use time of air-conditioning in different functional rooms varies greatly;(2)most users choose to use doors and windows closed For air conditioners,only a few samples have gaps in doors and windows during air conditioner operation.Secondly,in order to achieve accurate and convenient testing of residential air-conditioning condensate,an automatic sensing and recording device for temperature-sensitive air-conditioning condensate was designed and manufactured using the principle of gravity imbalance and low-temperature characteristics of condensate.Device performance test results show that:(1)at the same flow rate,the greater the difference between water temperature and air temperature,the sensitivity of the device increases;(2)at the same water temperature,the flow rate decreases and the device sensitivity increases;(3)the The condensed water metering device is used to measure the condensed water amount of the air conditioner in the container house.The relative error between the self-made metering device and the electronic scale is less than 5%.Thirdly,under the typical summer weather conditions in Xiamen,the above-mentioned device was used to test the amount of condensed water generated in different rooms of different types of houses.The test and analysis results show that:(1)The main factors affecting the output of condensed water in air conditioners are the outdoor air moisture content and the indoor fresh air penetration.(2)The generation of condensate in air conditioners can be divided into two phases.The amount of condensate generated in air conditioners in the non-steady phase changes exponentially with time,and the amount of condensed water in the stable phase changes linearly with time.(3)When the air conditioner is operated under the condition that the door and window are reserved,the condensate water generation rate of the air conditioner is 2-3 times that when the door and window are closed.Finally,the existing theoretical calculation formula is compared with the measured results.The comparison results show that:when the air conditioner is operated with doors and windows closed,for rooms with an area of 10m~2 or less,the relative theoretical calculation of the condensed water volume of the air conditioner with the measured result is within 30%;for rooms with an area of 10m~2 or more,the cumulative measured aircondensed water amount is measured.The value ranges from 1.1 to 5 times the theoretically calculated value.Based on the above-mentioned multi-factor analysis and calculation and comparison results,from the perspectives of fresh air volume correction and air-conditioning active energy,respectively,an estimation model of air-conditioning condensate in a residential room based on a single room size was proposed.Combined with the results of the questionnaire,a model for estimating the condensate of an air conditioner based on residential area is proposed.Furthermore,based on the consideration of the recycling of the condensate in the entire building or the residential area,an estimation model of the condensate for the air conditioner based on the number of people is proposed.
