An Empirical Study On The Influence Mechanism Of Functional Diversity Of Commercial Complex On Its Spatial Vitality

Commercial complex is an inevitable product to solve the multiple needs of urban residents,such as life,consumption,entertainment and so on,when the city develops to a certain stage.However,as far as a large number of existing commercial complexes in China are concerned,there are great differences in their commercial benefits between individuals,and the phenomenon of low commercial benefits is widespread.The reasons are,on the one hand,caused by operation and management,and on the other hand,the problems existing at the beginning of planning and design of commercial complexes.The research team I participated in found that: the research on the functional diversity of commercial complex is conducive to the improvement of its commercial benefits.Based on the above background,this paper takes the commercial complex in Xiamen as the research object,and puts forward an empirical study on the impact mechanism of the functional diversity of the commercial complex on its spatial vitality,in order to improve its commercial efficiency and contribute to the sustainable development of the city.This paper studies the influence mechanism of functional diversity of commercial complex on its spatial vitality from two aspects of theoretical combing and empirical research.On the one hand,in the theoretical combing,this paper analyzes and summarizes the mechanism and characteristics of the functional diversity and spatial vitality of commercial complex,makes clear the definition,coordination mechanism and internal and external characteristics of the functional diversity of commercial complex,and expounds the formation process,influencing factors and internal and external characteristics of the spatial vitality of commercial complex.On this basis,the paper further analyzes the influence mechanism of the functional diversityof commercial complex on its spatial vitality,and qualitatively believes that the richness of its functional diversity is conducive to the promotion of its spatial vitality under the function synergy of the commercial complex system.On the other hand,this paper selects three typical commercial complex cases in Xiamen for empirical research: first,because there are many factors influencing the spatial vitality of commercial complex,it is divided into external factors and internal factors(functional diversity is only one of the factors).In the empirical research,this paper clearly takes each floor space of each commercial complex as the research unit,and carries out two types of research Quantitative research on the spatial vitality and functional diversity of the day(the functional diversity of the two types of days of the commercial complex is different due to the temporary functional format of the public space implanted in the rest day),in order to explore the influence mechanism of the functional diversity of the commercial complex on its spatial vitality under the condition that other factors of the spatial vitality of the commercial complex remain unchanged as far as possible.econdly,this paper uses the evaluation model of functional diversity of urban complex proposed by the members of the research group in 2018,and on the basis of it,puts forward the evaluation quantitative method of the comprehensive index of functional diversity of commercial complex to quantify the spatial functional diversity of commercial complex and its units at all levels.Thirdly,based on the traditional small data collection methods such as door line observation,questionnaire survey and activity counting,this paper collects and counts the data of spatial static dimension,time dynamic dimension and main body basic characteristics of two types of daily spatial vitality of three typical commercial complex in Xiamen,and establishes three typical commercial complex spatial activities The basic database of quantitative research on spatial vitality of commercial complex based on three dimensional data.Finally,based on the analysis and mining of the quantitative data of functional diversity and spatial vitality of two types of days in three typical commercial complexes in Xiamen,this paper analyzes the correlation betweenthe two based on SPSS software,determines the correlation between various research variables,and preliminarily clarifies the business through the comprehensive interpretation of data analysis,data mining and field investigation The influence mechanism of functional diversity of complex on its spatial vitality.This paper considers that:Under the coordination mechanism of functional diversity,within a certain value range of the functional diversity composite index,the functional diversity of commercial complex is positively related to the standard deviation of its total spatial activity scale,average spatial activity density,public spatial distribution of spatial activity and fluctuation value of spatial activity,and the enrichment of functional diversity can promote its total spatial activity scale The increase of the average density of space vitality and the number of public space distribution of space vitality is conducive to the uniform distribution of space vitality in the time dimension.And based on the existing survey statistics,combined with the quantitative research methods in this paper,it is preliminarily given that the application scope of spatial dynamic fluctuation for the above conclusions is the comprehensive index value of functional diversity [0.078,0.633].The paper has 93162 words,123 illustrations
