The Whole System Management Strategy In Architectural Design Of JM Group

In the globalized economic environment,China,as one of the most attractive markets in the world,has made great efforts with the infrastructure and livelihood projects.The domestic catering and entertainment industry,the hotel industry and the real estate industry are booming.Land planning,construction,Indoor design and garden design has been greater demanded.In this paper,JM Group is used as the research object,and the status and problems of JM Group’s architectural design business are analyzed by qualitative analysis(senior management interview)and quantitative analysis(questionnaire survey).For example,the design process management is decentralized,Unreasonable,imperfect staff management,information management is not Systematized and so on.And then put forward the application of system-wide management strategy in JM Group,including the establishment of system-wide whole process management thinking,design process system management,human resources system-wide system,information resources,system-wide management and other specific measures.Through the analysis of JM’s own development case,this paper discusses the integration of architectural design modules,human resources and information resources through the whole system management model,and puts forward the reform and innovation plan and strategic planning of system-wide management.So as to the enterprise to the standardization,diversification,international development,in order to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,expand the market share of enterprises to provide a strategic basis.
