| Distribution network project refers to all projects with voltage level of 110 k V and below in the power network.The transformation project of power distribution network in mountainous areas refers to the transformation of power distribution network in special areas with rugged terrain and rich plants,such as mountainous areas and hills.Due to the particularity of topography,the construction methods and management of the project are quite different from those of plain areas.Therefore,the project management must strengthen the construction quality management pertinently,and require to adopt more scientific and reasonable management means to control the project quality.At the same time,it is necessary to improve the quality of the quality supervision staff,improve the quality management organization,enhance the management ability and ensure the management quality.Based on the quality management of general distribution network projects,this paper makes a systematic study on the quality management of distribution network transformation projects in the mountainous areas of northern Guangdong.Firstly,the basic concept of engineering quality management and the historical development process of quality management are described.Secondly,using WBS project breakdown chart,project critical path,project monitoring link,PDCA cycle quality management and other theories,from the four key links of project preparation stage,material inspection stage,site implementation stage and completion acceptance stage,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the quality of power distribution network transformation project in northern Guangdong mountainous area,mainly including project implementation: lack of targeted quality management concept,There are three problems: the lack of a sound assessment mechanism,and the implementation of comparative standards.It is proposed that the above four key links of factor control and measures control should be targeted,and at the same time,the whole process quality management system of the power distribution network transformation project in the mountainous areas of Northern Guangdong should be constructed.Finally,combined with the specific example of a 110 k V substation 10 k V high mountain line transformation project in the mountain area of northern Guangdong,the paper analyzes the quality of the transformation project process of the distribution network in the mountain area of northern Guangdong,and puts forward some effective and practical working methods for establishing the construction standard of the distribution network project in the mountain area of northern Guangdong.The transformation of distribution network is closely related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood.To do a good job in project quality management is a hundred year plan to ensure economic development and benefit people’s lives.The project management method proposed in this paper has reference value not only for the mountainous areas of northern Guangdong,but also for the mountainous areas of South China and the whole country.Among them,WBS project decomposition structure method is used to decompose the power distribution network project in mountainous areas,to implement node management by using the key path of the project,to improve the key management node of the power distribution network transformation project in mountainous areas,and to ensure continuous improvement by using PDCA cycle management.Construction quality and standardized work flow and other management means can be listed in the relevant national standards of power industry construction. |
