With the increasingly prominent energy and environmental problems around the world,more attention has been paid to renewable energy.As the most promising alternative energy,wind energy has attracted unprecedented attention.Under the guidance of relevant policies,the wind power industry has a broader space for development.However,with the rapid development of wind farm construction projects,the quality of the projects is uneven.As an economic pillar and infrastructure related to national economy and people’s livelihood,wind farm has a wide range of social impacts.Therefore,how to control the quality of wind farm projects and promote the construction of high quality and high efficiency wind farms is an urgent problem we are facing.From the current situation of China’s wind power plant construction,China’s wind power plant project construction and operation quality compared with the world level has a large gap,there are many deficiencies in the construction process.Based on the literature review and collation,under the guidance of engineering quality control theory,this paper first analyzes the current situation of wind farm project quality control,analyzes the existing problems and difficulties,and determines the feasibility of wind power construction project based on PDCA cycle.Based on the wind power project construction quality control as the research object,based on the PDCA cycle theory,through review of engineering quality control in the related literature at home and abroad,using the method of case analysis,the discussion,the method of literature review,demonstrates the theory of PDCA cycle in wind power is feasible in engineering construction quality control,based on PDCA cycle of wind power project construction quality control system.Finally,the paper takes the 200 mw wind power project construction quality control in heshun county,Shanxi Province as an example to verify the operability of the system in practice.The results are as follows:(1)Construction of wind power projects in China increases year by year,and quality problems gradually emerge.In the preliminary design and survey stage of the project,there are problems of personnel cooperation,material selection,construction methods and environmental problems.However,in the construction stage of the project,the management personnel,construction personnel and supervision personnel have problems such as weak quality awareness,storage of building materials,aging of construction equipment and harsh and complex environment.Focusing on these problems,the thesis conducts in-depth interviews with selected employees in the wind power industry,and summarizes difficulties in quality control from the perspectives of personnel,mechanical equipment,materials,construction methods and environment.(2)PDCA cycle theory is effective and scientific for the construction quality control of wind power projects.The thesis explores the PDCA circulation method applied in the project construction quality control process,from wind power project quality planning(P phase),quality control(D phase),quality inspection(C phase),and quality problem processing(A phase).Through rounds of circulation,the thesis improves the quality of projects,enhances construction level,and strengthen the team construction,so as to comprehensively strengthening wind power project quality control.(3)construction enterprises can establish the construction quality control system of wind power projects based on PDCA cycle to improve the construction quality level.Of course,this paper only studies the quality control of the most critical construction process of the wind power project.In the future,it will continue to pay attention to the quality control in early design,late maintenance and other aspects,looking forward to further improvement and research.
