Study On Occupational Health Management Countermeasures Of A Large Enterprise

With the continuous innovation and mature development of LCD manufacturing technology,especially in the 21 st century,China has made a series of major technological breakthroughs,and now becomes the world's largest electronics production country.In recent years,different enterprises have invested in Chinese mainland to build factories of thin film transistor liquid crystal display(TFT-LCD)with mature technology,which has large market demand.However,with the large-scale establishment of LCD panel factories and the operation years increase of the factories,many new occupational health and safety problems appears.The production process of LCD panel is complex,and there are many kinds of raw and auxiliary materials,facilities and equipment used.Therefore,there are many kinds of occupational hazards,which are widely distributed.At the same time,the health protection awareness of workers is insufficient.These problems make the health of workers suffer from adverse effects,and the occupational health and safety management personnel in the industry are also troubled and pressured.Based on the field investigation of occupational health,detection of occupational hazards and health examination of workers in a large LCD panel manufacturing enterprise,this paper analyzes and studies the key occupational hazards and abnormal types of health examination in this industry,probes into the correlation between the main occupational hazards and occupational health damage,and screens out the key monitoring objects of occupational health,with which the corresponding occupational health prevention and control measures and management countermeasures are put forward to protect workers' health more effectively.It can be seen from this study that the noise,chemical poison,X-ray and ultraviolet ray in the production process of LCD panel manufacturing enterprises are the key occupational hazards,and the workers with one year and above are the key monitoring objects.With strengthening the publicity and education of occupational health,improving the health awareness of workers,organizing regular occupational health examination,building occupational health and safety management system,configuring perfect personal protective equipment,by strengthening personal protection and posts exchange,shortening exposure time and improving engineering protection measures and other ways to reduce the concentration of occupational hazards,improve the way of exposure to occupational hazards,reduce the time of exposure to occupational hazards,and further reduce and eliminate the health damage of workers caused by occupational hazards.
