Resource-constrained project scheduling problem in the engineering supply chain has always been an important issue in engineering project research,which mainly studies how to reasonably arrange the start time and resource allocation of all activities in the project under the constraints of resources,time and other project conditions,so as to realize the scheduling goal of the project under the constraints of resources.As the implementation process of engineering project is affected by a large number of uncertain factors,the optimal result of project scheduling is often difficult to be guaranteed in engineering practice,so it is necessary to consider the reliability of scheduling and carry out robust scheduling.Based on the theory of critical chain and robustness,this paper studies the multi-objective optimization problem of engineering project scheduling by considering the time limit,cost target and schedule robustness of project implementation.The main work and results are as follows:1.The main research results of resource constrained project scheduling(RCPSP),proactive and reactive project scheduling,and critical chain project scheduling are sorted out,and the optimization problems of proactive scheduling and reactive scheduling based on critical chain technology are clarified.2.Considering the process costs such as acquisition,utilization and maintenance of resources in the schedule plan,and using robustness to describe the possibility of the completion of the two objectives of cost and completion time,a multi-objective optimization model is established to maximize the robustness,minimize the cost and minimize the completion time.3.Combine the critical chain technology with proactive and reactive scheduling,consider the factors of resource risk and buffer setting,and adopt the methods of inserting resource buffer,input buffer and project buffer to establish proactive and reactive scheduling models with the goal of maximum robustness and minimum loss cost.4.Based on the theory of genetic optimization,the optimization algorithm of proactive scheduling and reactive scheduling based on the critical chain technology was designed,and the rationality of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm were verified by combining the calculation analysis with examples.
