In recent years,the continuous growth of China's civil aviation passenger transportation volume has been accompanied by a series of problems,e.g.the shortage of flight schedule resource,insecure airport release rate and delay of a lot of flights.Flow control and bad weather are the direct reasons for flight delay,but the core reason lies on the demand and supply matching problem of flight schedule at peak time and the limited airport volume.Therefore,in order to solve the flight delay problem fundamentally,it is of great significance to propose a valid and optimized solution for the appropriate allocation of flight schedule.Based on the related research achievements at home and abroad,it focuses on the research of flight schedule optimization and proposes the achievement from the following three aspects:Firstly,The Paper has studied the operation features of flight schedule for the associated airport in terms of its flight schedule optimization problem.At first,analysis is made for the overall structure and delay condition of historic flight schedule of the associated airport.Then,the delayed flight schedule condition is occasional,so the paper has utilized multidimensional scaling technique with SPSS software to analyze the relevance of the airport.At last,the paper has taken a large–scale airport as an example to verify the coupling of flight schedule of associated airport.Secondly,The Paper has established the flight schedule optimization model of associated airport based on the two-stage planning method in planning field in terms of the flight schedule optimization problem.At first,Considering the flight delay cost and flight schedule adjustment cost,based on the minimum cost of delay,an optimization model of flight time in associated airport is presented.Then,the algorithm is designed to solve the problem.At last,the operation of the adjusted associated airport flight time is simulated by MATLAB software.Thirdly,from the perspective of sector coupling,The Paper has studied the flight schedule coupling of the associated airport sector and optimized the flight schedule of the airport based on sector capacity constraints.It has analyzed the coupling of flight schedule for associated airport sector and sought the time slot for adjustment of flight schedule at first.It used improved Hungary algorithm to solve the model then.The results are verified by Airtop simulation software.The concept of associated airport is proposed for the first time.The author has optimized the flight schedule of associated airport from two different perspectives,studied the relevance of airports with multidimensional scaling technique,analyzed and studied the flight schedulefrom the perspective of delay cost for associated airport,and proposed a new method and way of thinking for flight schedule optimization.
