With the development of the economy,the current flight volume keeps increasing,and the gap between the rapidly growing demand for airspace resources and the limited airspace capacity gradually increases.Accidents that are not conducive to flight will cause flight delay,Then the flight delay will spread to the next airport and gradually turn into a large area of flight delay.Therefore,under the background of limited available airspace resources,it is particularly important to gradually restore all flights to normal operation in order to reduce losses from all aspects.The author of this paper studies the recovery plan after flight delay.the first to recover from a single airport flight delays,A single airport flight delay recovery model is optimized,it has considered the airport runway configuration,ensuring airline fairness and controller workload.On the basis of the combination of airport terminal area,the author constructs a flight delay recovery model for multiple airports,which resolved the issue of recovery after widespread flight delays caused by flight delays at major international airports.In chapter 4and chapter 5,the author take the current flight as an example to simulate and verify the two models,particle swarm optimization(pso)is also used to solve the problem.Finally,we obtained the optimization scheme.Compared with the current operation scheme,its total delay time and total delay cost are reduced.Next,we imported the flight plan before and after optimization into TAAM system with the simulation platform.Therefore,the feasibility of the optimization results and the availability of the model are effectively verified.The research of this paper is helpful to reduce the loss caused by flight delay,and also improve the efficiency of flight operation in the terminal area,providing a flight recovery plan for reference in the case of large flight delay without increasing the workload of controllers.
