Research On Schemes Of Shanghai Terminal Airspace Structure Adjustment

Recent years, the contradiction between the air traffic requirement and the limited airspace becomes more and more conspicuous,especially in the multi-airport region where the most air traffic flow congregated.In this context, optimization of resource allocation and airspace structure adjustment catch far-ranging attention,as a flexible and effective method,adjustment of airspace structure is used in many field,such as update the level of airport, ameliorate the route network in busy area,safisfy the increase demand during the major events.so, this paper focus on the 2010 Shanghai expo and research the schemes of Shanghai terminal airspace structure adjustment.The paper first introduces the international advanced techniques in the field of utilization of airspace such as FUA(Flexible Use of Airspace) and domestic situation.Secondly,in order to supply research environment,we have discussed the influence of major event on the termial airspace structure,and detailedly states the shanghai termial situation.Then the paper states three methods: low altitude airspace management reform, army-civilian coordination strategy and airspace structure adjustment in the multi-airport region, in order to exploit the current airspace resources effectively and reasonably.Based on all the presentation, the paper fully studies the schemes of Shanghai terminal airspace structure adjustment,compare respective characteristic,restriction and so on.From the two airspace structure schemes, some further suggestions are maked.Finally,the support system of airspace structure which was used to analyse the schemes is introduced.
