With the attention and increased investment to the logistics industry,great living space and development opportunities has been brought to the logistics road less-than-truckload industry.Many road less-than-truckload transport companies appear,like mushrooming,sprouting growth.But with the growing pressure of China's economic downturn,the competition of the road less-than-truckload transport companies is intensifying.J company is a road transport enterprise,whose main business is less-than-truckload transport.J company provide services for individuals,small businesses or some large-scale production enterprises.But with the road less-than-truckload industry competition intensified,the company's existing infrastructure has been unable to allow the company to adapt to the current fierce competition needs.Therefore,based on the company's internal strategy and other considerations,the company decided to choose the appropriate address in Weifang to build a new logistics hub.In this thesis,in order to make Weifang distribution center location reasonable,and to optimize the company's entire road less-than-truckload transport logistics network,through the study of the location model of the distribution center,we want to use the comprehensive evaluation method based on the analytic hierarchy process to solve the problem of the location of the distribution center.After that,this thesis uses Flexsim simulation software and related theory to analyze the contrast of the location targets.Finally,according to the transport cost accounting formula,this thesis analyzes the cost difference between both site location.The specific work is done as follows:(1)This thesis analyzes the main influencing factors in the process of logistics distribution center selection,as well as the principle of distribution center location and commonly used distribution center location method.The thesis collected and sorted the Weifang area of cargo turnover and other related data.Later,in order to select the appropriate alternative target,the article collects the appropriate location of Weifang area and the corresponding information.(2)According to the construction of the evaluation index system,and according to many practical cases,this thesis found out the key indicators of site selection.And then this article uses the key indicators to do the preliminary exclusion of alternative locations.After that,this thesis constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system of Weifang distribution center.Finally,this thesis used the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weights corresponding to each index,using comprehensive evaluation method,getting the final distribution center location.(3)Finally,this thesis used Flexsim simulation software to compare and analyze the differences of the delivery efficiency before and after the location of the new distribution center.And according to the company transportation cost accounting formula,this thesis analyzed the cost difference before and after comparison site location.Through the study of the location of the distribution center,it is found that the rational location of the distribution center has great practical significance for improve the company's delivery efficiency,reduce the transportation cost or enhance the comprehensive competitiveness.
