Research On The Site-selection Of Plastic Particles Distribution Center Based On FHCEM

Electronic information industry and automotive industry are two important pillar industry in Chongqing.Chongqing auto output has been ranked first in our country,and Chongqing is the world's largest production base of notebook computer.But as major raw-materials of electronic information industry and automotive industry,the supply of plastic particles has increasingly become a bottleneck restricting the further development of the industries.High procurement and logistics costs,large inventory fluctuation,chaotic market environment and other issues continue to highlight.To solve these problems,the Chongqing municipal government proposes the establishment of plastic particles distribution center in Chongqing to regulate trade and logistics services procurement management,reduce chain costs.To this end,the paper studies pre-location of plastic particles distribution center in Chongqing,the main contents are:Firstly,the research background,research significance,main research content and framework of thesis are elaborated,and domestic and foreign research from distribution center and site-selection perspective is analyzed,which are laid the foundation for the location of plastic particles distribution center in Chongqing.Secondly,fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method used in the thesis is depth study.Evaluation process of fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method is elaborated,then analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are analyzed profoundly.Thirdly,For the Chongqing plastic particles distribution center location problem,a reasonable evaluation index system is established,and the three alternatives are determined:Cuntan Port of Jiangbei District,Guoyuan Port of Jiangbei District and West Modern Logistics Park of Shapingba District.Finally,according to the evaluation index system established in the previous chapter,Chongqing plastic particles distribution center location problem is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by using fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method,and the highest scoring option--Guoyuan Port of Jiangbei District is selected as the final site proposal.
