From The Perspective Of Integrated Transportation Research On Tianjin Airlines Cargo Coordination Evaluation

The integrated transportation system is composed of five transportation systems,namely,aviation,highway,railway,water transportation and pipeline transportation.In recent decades,China's integrated transportation and freight system has been developing continuously.The infrastructure network construction of various modes of transportation has achieved remarkable results.The transportation scale is also in the forefront of the world,and the basic framework of the comprehensive transportation and freight system has been preliminarily formed.As an important part of the process of globalization,the importance of the air cargo subsystem in the integrated transportation system has gradually increased because of its "safety,speed,convenience" and other transportation advantages.In recent years,Tianjin integrated transportation system,including air freight subsystem,has made remarkable achievements in terms of actual transportation infrastructure construction,transportation service capacity,transportation service scale,etc.,but limited by the internal process and element development coordination of Tianjin air freight system,as well as the structure of air freight and road,railway,port and other cargo products,etc Because of the difference,there is a big inconsistency between Tianjin air cargo system and other cargo transportation systems,which greatly restricts the coordinated development of Tianjin integrated cargo system.Therefore,based on the perspective of integrated transportation system,this thesis explains the concept of air cargo system coordination based on the introduction of system coordination theory,integrated transportation system coordination theory and other related theories,and further divides it into the internal coordination of air cargo system And externalities,and summarize the corresponding influencing factors separately.On this basis,the development status of Tianjin freight transportation system is briefly explained,and the problems in the development of Tianjin air freight system are analyzed and studied,and the gray correlation model is used to affect and restrict the coordinated development of Tianjin air freight system.An empirical analysis of the impact of the results shows that the most influential factor for the degree of coordination with the Tianjin air cargo system is the output value of the tertiary industry,while the least relevant factor for the population factor.Finally,based on the perspective of integrated transportation,this thesis will improve the systematization of Tianjin 's air cargo system by establishing a unified department to reorganize the integrated transportation system,optimize the use of investment funds,relax policy restrictions and improve the business environment,and accelerate the establishment of a shared information platform.Focusing on the connection between different modes of transportation,accelerating the move towards the airport-preferential industries,and other targeted suggestions and countermeasures.The relevant research conclusions have certain reference and reference value for guiding the coordinated development of the Tianjin air cargo system.
