Research On Coordination And Development Theory Of Comprehensive Transportation System Structure

With the development for almost 60 years after the founding of the People's Republic, it has developed greatly in highways, railways, waterways, aviation and pipeline. The frame of comprehensive transportation system in China has established initially, but it cannot meet our economic, social and transportation development at present and in future.Although there are many studies about transportation at home and aboard, the systematic researches on comprehensive transportation system are not common yet. At present, in the period of China comprehensive transportation system's great expansion, we are implementing the eleventh Five-Year Plan (2006-2010).It is the point of departure of this dissertation that how to systematically research development of comprehensive transportation system in a fresh perspective and a new concept.In short, the comprehensive transportation system includes the five primary transportation models, each of which is independent and interdependent. The transportation structure is the inner structure of transportation modes in the system. In broad sense, it also includes the structure-connection with outer society-economy environment, the statues and the proportion in transportation industry structure. The theory of coordinated development about comprehensive transportation structure this dissertation studies belongs to the macroscopic transportation structure.It includes the proper arrangement and the coordinated development of various transportation modes. The theory aims at accomplishing a theoretical system that can make transportation resource optimum, combinational and arranging properly. Firstly, the dissertation studies the origin, present situation and development about the theory of comprehensive transportation system and establishes the theory system of sustainable development transportation planning. Then, it makes a deep study of the theory from two aspects both between theory connotation and quantitative analyses. The main content of the dissertation is as follows:The evolution theory on transportation structure is constructed by the combination of statistical data analysis and theory study. The development of transportation structure in the main countries of the word and out country is divided into different stages. The developing features, laws and reasons of transportation structure are point out in every stage. The four basic laws and nine factors of the evolvement of transportation structure are pointed out. The dissertation analyzes the complicated mechanism of functions between the evolvement of transportation structure and development of society economic. Various factors for sustainable development acting as new drive for the evolvement are explored, by which the index system and theory model of sustainable transportation structure is built integrally.Using complex engineering theory and synergetics, the theory of coordinated development about comprehensive transportation structure is established. The dissertation gives the connotations, mechanisms, features and mathematical representations of the theory. And also the coordinated development model and dynamic model are established to measure the coordination.In a word, the dissertation builds the theory of coordinated development about comprehensive transportation structure with the notable features of sustainable development on the basic theory of transportation, sustainable development, systems engineering and synergetics.
