Among the many ecological problems brought about by the rapid development of cities,urban flood disasters and runoff pollution are more prominent problems.These problems have brought serious economic losses and personal threats to people's lives.Under this background,through the low-impact development concept and low-impact development measures to effectively manage urban rainwater,to solve the problem of rain and flood has become a trend of continuous development.As a large area of green space in the city,urban parks have become a breakthrough point in the city to solve the problem of rain and flood.It combines low-impact development measures with urban green space,transforms urban green space into a sponge that regulates water resources,and improves the quality of urban landscape.Realize the multiple effects of ecology,beauty and economy.This article first clarifies the concept of low-impact development and urban comprehensive parks,and then combs and analyzes the theory and technology of low-impact development to make it clear that it is a decentralized,source-type measure of ecological and innovative rainwater management measures.Relatively perfect technical measures have been formed,and many hydrological and hydraulic models have been invented at home and abroad for simulation.Based on this summary,the process and content of low-impact development are as follows:set rainwater control targets according to the site conditions,and systematically design and design the layout and structure of low-impact development measures,and then use hydrological and hydraulic models to simulate and verify and improve,and finally determine the plan.Afterwards,the domestic and foreign relevant low-impact development guidance park practices are sorted out,excellent cases are selected for analysis and conclusion,and five design points for low-impact development design of urban comprehensive parks are obtained,which are used as design guidance in the design of Cuiwei Lake Central Park.After summarizing theoretical and practical cases,the corresponding design goals,principles,processes,technologies,and key points of the combination of landscape elements and urban landscape parks from a low-impact development perspective are summarized.The SWMM model used in the design is summarized.After taking the Cuiwei Lake Central Park in Xindu District as an example,the first principle is the maintenance of urban safety and the ecological and safety guarantee of rivers Based on the design specifications of urban parks,the concept and technology of low-impact development and urban comprehensive parks are realized.Combination of function and landscape design,reasonable combination of layout and low-impact development measures,combined with landscape and activities,to achieve the dual effect of function and beauty Carry out SWMM model simulation according to the design plan,carry out the simulation of the park's rain and flood control and pollutant reduction effects for the design,and draw low-impact development measures to play an important roleThrough theoretical research,case analysis,and design practice,it is fully proved that the application of low-impact development measures in urban comprehensive parks has an important role in mitigating urban rain and flood.This paper aims to use this design method to promote the construction of ecological civilization in my country,to create urban green sponges,to build urban park green spaces with complex functions and multiple benefits,and to use it as an important green infrastructure to effectively relieve urban rain and flood pressure,contribute to the construction of sponge city.
