In 2015,the No.9 electricity reform document was issued,and the reform of Chinese electricity retail market was officially launched.In recent years,as the domestic long-term market and spot market have been built in an orderly manner,a large number of retailers were quickly established and became the bridge between the wholesale market and the retail market.However,retailers bear the market risks such as uncertain sport prices and fluctuating loads,how to arrange trading plans rationally and avoid market risks effectively has become the core issue.At the same time,with the continuous development of flexible resources such as distributed Generator(DG)and demand response(DR),active integration and effective management these resources has become an important means for retailers to improve competitiveness.For the new domestic spot market environment:Firstly,this paper studies the business model of retailers in China’s spot market environment,the purchase and sale of electricity in wholesale market transactions and retail market transactions,the management means of DG and DR,the types and countermeasures of market risk,as well as the spot market mechanism with Chinese characteristics,were summarized and analyzed.Then,this paper uses multi-scene technology to deal with the uncertainty of load,dayahead price and real-time price,and introduces the risk assessment method-Conditional Value at Risk(CVaR)for the possible risk loss.Considering the risk aversion coefficient,a decisionmaking model is established,which is used to optimize the mid-and long-term electricity purchase curve,the day-ahead bidding curve and the user’s structure.Through simulation with the real market data,we analyzes influences of the different purchase and sale plans,the contract curve decomposition methods,and the deviation mechanism in Guangdong province for company operation.Finally,based on the Stackerlberg game theory,this paper establishes the dynamic pricing model for the flexible resources(controllable DG and DR).In the model,the retailer as the leader,aims to maximize the electricity purchase and sale benefits,as well,controllable DG and DR as followers,aim to maximize production efficiency and consumption utility respectively.Through simulation with the real market data,the dynamic pricing mechanism can achieve win-win situation with multi-interests,which is proved feasible in practical application.Simultaneously,the influences of deviation mechanism in Guangdong province on the management of flexible resources are discussed.The research work of the thesis aims at the new demand for the reform of the electricity sales market,and provides guidance for the purchase and sale of electricity sales companies in the new market environment in China and the improvement of the corresponding domestic market mechanism.Aiming at the new demand of electricity market reform,this paper provides guidance for the retailer’s decision-making and the improvement of the corresponding domestic market mechanism.
