With the development of economy and society,consumers pay more and more attention to the use comfort of products.Even in the construction machinery products with very strong functional attributes,the advantages and disadvantages of the use comfort have gradually become one of the main competitive fields of all brands.So again under the big background of studies of engineering vehicle cab,companies invest a lot of resources to improve the driver's operation comfort,but the traditional studies of engineering vehicle cab optimization more focused on the application of ergonomics and its related theory to improve the driver's physiological to comfort,while study to comfort optimize drivers psychological need to be rich,the existing psychological comfort to optimize solution also there is a lot to improve.This paper firstly summarizes and analyzes the research status of the construction machinery cab,and finds that there are few problems in the study of the driver's psychological comfort,and the cab shape design relies too much on the designer's subjective experience and intuitive judgment.Secondly,guided by kansei engineering and related theories,taking wheel loader in construction machinery as the entry point,the mapping relationship between cab shape design elements and users' perceptual images was established through cluster analysis,morphological analysis,semantic difference method and factor analysis.Again according to the theory of quantification ? class further analyses the inner link between them,and with the help of SPSS software to establish the corresponding function relation;This paper introduces the above function relation into the interactive genetic algorithm(IGA),and builds the fitness function on the basis of it,and Uses the related toolbox in MATLAB software to realize the construction of the wheel loader cab comfort optimization design system based on the IGA.Finally,the optimal design scheme is output by the comfort optimization design system,and the output design scheme is analyzed and evaluated by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,which verifies the validity and reliability of the system.The optimization design system of wheel loader cab comfort based on IGA is guided by user preference,which is conducive to improving the efficiency of engineering vehicle cab design optimization,accurately grasping user demand,and effectively improving driver's psychological comfort.At the same time,the research results of this paper also have certain reference significance to other similar implicit index optimization problems.
