The green supply chain is a method that considers the entire life cycle of the product and uses green technology and supply chain methods to achieve minimal environmental negative effects and maximize the use of resources in the entire process.Building a shield green supply chain system can enable more companies to invest more energy in new product development and design,forming a virtuous circle,and at the same time,it can quickly increase the production capacity of domestic shield remanufacturing industries,which is of great significance for companies to improve their product market competitiveness.Based on the school-enterprise cooperation project “Building and Demonstration Application of Shield Green Supply Chain System for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Rail Transit Construction Equipment Shield”,the basic data of the cutter head remanufacturing is used to further study the cutter head hydraulic drive system the study.First,by studying the remanufacturing industry standards and remanufacturing cutter heads,the hydraulic drive system for remanufacturing cutter heads was designed and the main components of the system were introduced and analyzed.At the same time,the working parameters were based on the basic data of remanufacturing cutter heads.The calculation is carried out,and the constant power working curve is obtained.The mathematical model of the hydraulic drive system for remanufactured cutter heads is established.First,the mathematical model of the key components is established.Finally,the simplified mathematical model of the hydraulic drive system for remanufactured cutter heads is established.The characteristic parameters of the remanufactured cutter drive system are studied and analyzed,and a certain optimized system solution is proposed.According to the established mathematical model,a series of parameters were set,and a simulation model of the hydraulic drive system for the remanufactured cutter head was established.At the same time,the response of the system under various operating conditions was analyzed in reverse.The performance of the system was studied by AMESim software simulation and obtained.A series of conclusions were reached.The study found that the system can complete the tunneling task well,and it can cope with unexpected situations in a variety of situations.Reliability analysis was used to study the hydraulic drive system for remanufactured cutter heads.First,by establishing the reliability model of each subsystem,the reliability mathematical expression and average life of the entire system are obtained.Then based on this,the MATLAB simulation software is used to simulate and analyze it,and the reliability curve is obtained.It is found that the expected life is greater than the use.life.Finally,the variable motor in the hydraulic system is researched and analyzed using the FTF analysis method.Based on this,a series of measures to improve system reliability and reduce faults are proposed.
