Automobile factory projects are usually characterized by high informationization,high flexibility,high efficiency and energy saving,and sustainable development.At the same time,due to the huge energy consumption of automobile factories and the layout of a large number of pipelines for energy transmission in the workshop,a series of technical problems,such as difficult design,dense and complex comprehensive pipelines and difficult engineering cost control,have been derived,which have brought great challenges to the design and construction of engineering projects.Therefore,it is necessary to visually simulate and analyze the project with the help of BIM technology to solve the above problems and pursue refined engineering design and management.First,a set of targeted BIM collaborative design methods was established according to the characteristics of the car factory project,and applied in the project design process.Using the BIM model that contains all engineering information,the BIM technology is discussed and studied in terms of visual display and coordination,engineering quantity statistics,material tracking,and plant logistics simulation.The research results show that BIM collaborative design technology can strengthen information exchanges between different disciplines,effectively improve design efficiency and quality,reduce the probability of problems in the construction process,and improve the accuracy of project management.Through efficient control of project budgets,Project management is more refined.Then,in view of the dense and complex pipelines in the automobile factory project,the BIM technology is used to carry out the collision detection and system optimization design of the integrated pipeline,and the rule setting of collision detection,the procedure and the state screening method are explained,and the integrated pipeline support and hanger The application advantages and optimization methods of the system are studied.Practice has proved that the application of BIM technology in the optimization of complex pipelines can detect potential problems in the construction and installation process in advance during the design phase,thereby eliminating problems in advance,reducing the probability of material waste and rework during the construction phase,and effectively improving the overall The rationality and aesthetics of pipeline laying and arrangement.Finally,this paper studies the application of BIM technology in the indoor and outdoor wind environment analysis of the automobile factory project.The BIM model was imported into the building performance analysis software to obtain visual simulation data.Through the analysis of actual case data,the feasibility and significant advantages of building wind environment analysis based on BIM technology were verified.The use of BIM technology in the design to pre-simulate the performance of the building helps to improve the design quality and the efficiency of the building,so as to control the building energy consumption at the root and provide a solid foundation for energy-saving design.
