Electronic factory building is the place where electronic products are manufactured.Under the background of industrial 4.0 and Chinese manufacturing 2025,the technology of electronic products is constantly innovating,and the requirement of electronic factory building for the production of electronic products is getting higher and higher.Because of the complex functions,numerous pipelines and different levels of clean areas,the design of the electronic industry workshop is very difficult.In the traditional two-dimensional design mode,there are many problems,such as cross-collision between specialties,low collaboration efficiency between different design specialties,long project design cycle and high error rate.BIM technology has the functions of visualization,simulation,collision detection and three-dimensional collaboration.Its appearance provides a new way to solve the problems in the design of electronic industry workshop.The purpose of this paper is to study the BIM design method suitable for the electronic industry workshop,in order to change the traditional two-dimensional design mode,solve the problems in the design,improve the efficiency and quality of the electronic industry workshop design,and provide reference for this type of project design.Firstly,the research status of BIM technology and industrial plant design is analyzed,and the main contents,research methods and technical routes are determined.Then the design status of the electronic industry workshop is analyzed,the characteristics and design process of the electronic industry workshop are studied,and the existing problems in the current design mode are summarized.The application status of BIM technology in industrial plant design in China is analyzed.It is concluded thatthe application of BIM in different aspects of industrial plant design has many advantages over traditional design mode.Then,according to the characteristics and design theory of the electronic industry workshop,the BIM design method suitable for the electronic industry workshop is studied,and the design flow,process design,design analysis and professional collaboration of the BIM suitable for the electronic industry workshop design are analyzed.Finally,the feasibility of BIM technology in the design of electronic factory building is verified through real case practice.Finally,the research results are summarized,the shortcomings are summarized,and the future research is prospected.
