As the core means to ensure the safe,reliable and stable operation of the power system,the role of relay protection is to remove the part of the fault and give a warning timely when the fault or abnormal situation occurs in the power system.The efficient and reliable operation of relay protection professional management is closely related to the security and stability of power grids.With the development of society,the power system construction has been closely combined with modern technology.Software engineering technology is also widely used to provide help for power grid operation.The representative ones are data acquisition and monitoring software for grid operations,power dispatching production management software for dispatching and power quality management software for electric energy metering.To better meet the needs of further development of power network and effectively improve the level of automation and information of relay protection,designing a more professional and intelligent relay protection information management software has become an urgent need to further realize the intelligent power grid system.This thesis focuses on the actual demand of power network relay protection,carries out relevant research on the design and implementation of corresponding information management software,and the main research contents are as follows.(1)This thesis analyzes the relay protection information management software system in both functional and nonfunctional requirements,discusses the application in power system of similar software,and further to the new thinking of corresponding business process and related functions.A relay protection information management software that can meet the intelligent demand of power grid is designed,which based on the practical work of grassroots relay protection personnel and the actual requirements of State Grid Sichuan Maintenance Company on relay protection information management.(2)Starting with the overall design,this thesis choose the corresponding development tools and technologies,adopt on common C/S pattern and MVC architecture,based on the Qt development platform,using MySQL database.This thesis elaborates the design ideas of five main modules,including user management,communication status,fault alarm,equipment management and fault identification and build the corresponding fault identification model by the decision tree algorithm in machine learning,(3)This thesis realizes the major functions of the software,which can not only monitor and process the operating conditions and related information of the relay protection devices under the jurisdiction of the substation,but also effectively manage the equipment and user information,and identify the common relay protection faults by establishing the decision tree model.The detailed process and partial test results are also presented in this thesis.
