Study On Landscape Character Identification And Cluster Of Ruralarea In Urban Fringe

The rural area is a time and space region formed by the interaction between man and nature,and is composed of natural elements and cultural elements.At present,the national policy reform has put forward higher requirements for the protection and inheritance of rural area.The existing rural planning system has problems such as insufficient recognition of rural landscape character,poor practicality,and lack of consideration of common villages.At the same time,the destruction of rural style and rural Update occur together,there is an urgent need for innovative planning and design methods to inherit and protect the rural area.Based on the existing research results and the comprehensive perspective of the Nature System and Culture System,summarized the constituent elements of the rural area,proposed the process,principles and practical steps of the rural cluster method based on landscape character identification.The practical steps are divided into rural natural landscape character identification(element extraction,objective classification,characteristics classification),rural cultural landscape character identification(element extraction,element selection,characteristic classification,characteristics classification),and rural landscape character cluster classification.Taking the rural area of Jinyuan District,Taiyuan City,Shanxi Province as the case study,concluded from the dimension analysis of the Nature System that geographical transportation,physical geography,political military,belief and folk customs are the key driving factors that affect the formation of rural landscape characteristics in Jinyuan District and the corresponding characterizing factors analysis.The identification of rural natural landscape character in Jinyuan District selects topography,topographic relief,geology,and surface coverage elements to identify 15 types of traits including village settlements,natural ecology,and historical heritage,with a total of 106 rural natural landscape character areas.The identification of rural culture landscape character in Jinyuan District selects the layout form as the global element,agricultural farming,military remains,and water god worship as the regional elements,and identifies 6categories of historical humanities,agricultural culture,and military culture in 6categories,a total of 6 rural cultural landscape character area.The rural landscape trait clusters of Jinyuan District are divided into the central low-altitude plain historical and cultural area,the central mid-altitude low mountain agricultural cultural area,the southwest mid-altitude low mountain agricultural cultural area,the southern low-altitude plain agricultural cultural area,and the northwest mid-altitude low mountain militaryculture Districts,urban areas in the middle and low altitudes in the north,and the description of landscape character cluster.The graphic information shows that the rural landscape character of Jinyuan District are presented by the mutual influence of natural elements and cultural elements of rural areas in Jinyuan District;the intensity of artificial transformation and use of nature is greater,and the characteristics of geographical context are more obvious,mainly manifested as the settlement characteristics of villages and towns;The types of rural natural landscape characteristics and cultural landscape characteristics are spatially related in distribution.Villages,farmland,and mountains and forests are the main landscape types of rural landscape characteristics in Jinyuan District.Finally,put forward appropriate protection and utilization suggestions.This study supplements the existing rural planning system and emphasizes the background and characteristics of rural resources.It is conducive to macroscopically grasping the overall landscape character of the rural area,helping to explore the advantages of the rural own landscape value,delineating a variety of protection lines,and rural features.Provide reference for management and control.
