In recent years,with the continuous improvement of marine research in our country,surface ships,underwater vehicles,robots and other equipment working in the water are also constantly developing.Hydraulic system is widely used in underwater equipment because of its advantages of large output force and high power-to-weight ratio.However,due to the intermittent oil supply characteristic of the hydraulic pump,the pressure value supplied to the hydraulic pipeline also changes and fluctuates,resulting in pressure pulsation.In order to reduce the pressure pulsation in the hydraulic system,a new pressure pulsation attenuator-branch blind tube cavity liner pressure pulsation attenuator is proposed by combining the attenuation methods of branch blind tube,cavity and flexible liner.Taking the output pressure pulsation of cam plunger pump as the research object,the characteristics of the pressure pulsation attenuator are studied.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The significance of the research is introduced.The development of pressure pulsation attenuator at home and abroad is described.A new impedance pressure pulsation attenuator is designed.At the same time,nitrile rubber lining is selected as the resistive structure,and the research content of this paper is proposed.(2)The pressure pulsation characteristics of the cam plunger pump output are analyzed,the structure and working process of the branch blind tube cavity liner pressure pulsation attenuator are introduced,and the mechanical properties of the rubber liner are analyzed theoretically and simulated to determine its deformation form.(3)Theoretical analysis of pressure pulsation attenuator is carried out.Themathematical models of straight pipe,pipe cavity,branch pipe and lining in pressure pulsation attenuator are established,and the theoretical model of branch blind pipe cavity lining pressure pulsation attenuator is constructed according to these structures.Through the data analysis of the obtained mathematical model,the attenuation effect comparison between the lined attenuator and the unlined attenuator and the influence of geometric parameter changes on the attenuation effect are obtained.(4)The model of pressure pulsation attenuator is established,and the simulation analysis of straight pipe,unlined attenuator and lined attenuator is carried out.The pressure nephogram and pulsation attenuation effect of each attenuator are compared and analyzed,and the influence of parameters such as length of branch blind pipe and diameter of cavity on attenuation effect is studied.(5)Design the scheme of the pressure pulsation attenuator effect test platform,and draw the three-dimensional diagram of the scheme,introduce the composition of the scheme and the test process,and then design and select some devices.
