For more than ten years when domestic real estate construction has maintained rapid development,more and more high-rise buildings have also appeared in people's vision,and for construction enterprises,the difficulty of project management has increased exponentially.At present,due to the characteristics of high risk,large investment and long cycle time in construction projects,how to deal with project risks,especially project quality risks,has become the focus of major construction companies in the process of project implementation.Enterprise project quality risk management is the main content of enterprise management.It can be said that whether an enterprise project can be implemented with quality and quantity is directly related to whether the enterprise can survive and develop steadily and continuously.How to manage project quality risks and reduce the probability of quality risks has always been a research hotspot for enterprises,and it is also the focus of this article.This article gives a general introduction to the research background and significance of project quality risk management for construction companies,and points out that the current level of anti-risk capability and quality risk management is not high when construction companies are facing a large number of construction projects.Then introduced the risks related to construction projects at home and abroad,combed and summarized the development of domestic related risk management theories,and started with the concepts of quality activities,risks,and quality risk management,and theories of risk management identification,evaluation,and judgment.The theoretical support required for construction project quality risk management is further summarized andsummarized.On this basis,taking the HY project of the ESY Group as the research object,and in accordance with the PDCA cycle idea,from the identification,estimation,evaluation,and control of project quality risk to a closed-loop process,combined with the Bayesian network model,through calculation and analysis,Various risks that the project may encounter are judged,and the probability related to the total quality risk of the project is 0.427.The quality risk of construction projects implemented by construction companies was evaluated and researched.The effective ways and measures for construction companies to manage project quality risks were explored.On the basis of project risk management,suggestions were made for improvement of the company's quality risk control system.The future development is prospected.Through the quality risk management and analysis,the main identification methods and response measures in the process of quality risk management are verified,and the response measures and management methods of similar project quality risk for construction enterprises are proposed,which effectively verifies the relevant management theories of foundation pit project quality risk for construction enterprises.
