| Regionality is an important factor affecting the characteristics of urban space.At present,characteristic construction and quality improvement have become an important task for large and medium-sized cities to continuously promote.Under the dual pressure of ecological management and control in Qinling mountain area and tight land use in Qinling mountain area,how to continue and inherit its regional characteristics on the basis of coordinating the selection of urban functions and spatial expansion is an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,the eastern new town of Shangnan County,a small river valley city in Qinling Mountain Area in southern Shaanxi Province,is selected as the research object.Based on the reality of imbalance between urban spatial expansion and regional characteristics inheritance and development in the development of the eastern New Town,the spatial characteristics of the Eastern new town are reshaped to improve the spatial quality of the new town,and the sense of identity and belonging of the city is retrieved.Based on the review of relevant research at home and abroad,this paper systematically analyzes the current situation and regional characteristics of the eastern New Town,and summarizes the core problems of the lack of regional characteristics in the development process of the eastern New Town,which are:(1)the spear and shield of natural ecological protection,traditional cultural heritage and urban function renewal;(2)the contradiction between the terrain and urban space expansion;(3)the "view of scenery or not" in the mountain space The problem.In view of these problems,this paper proposes that the function,structure and form are the active planning and design ways that reflect the regional characteristics of the city from the inside and the outside.It makes an indepth discussion from the strategic research planning and spatial design of the new city in the East,and explores the function,structure and form of the new city in the East that highlight the regional characteristics.In terms of function,through the design methods of selection,comparison,abstract interpretation and generalization,the paper puts forward the functional orientation derived from the characteristics of new town portal,landscape elements and traditional cultural regional characteristics,which is in line with the needs of the development of Shangnan city and respects the regional natural and human characteristics,that is,the city ecological and livable new town integrating cultural tourism services and business life.In terms of structure,the paper puts forward the idea of spatial expansion of the new town,which is to develop intensively in three-dimensional space and integrate urban landscape.It holds that the spatial structure of the new town is a multi-group radial spatial structure with orderly,organic separation and functional combination of land-use units,"internal" and "external" landscape network links,and road traffic position axis connections.In terms of form,the paper puts forward the design process of space form of "vision system construction-shaping centrality-axis connection-interactive space activation and deepening".It holds that the coupling of man-made and natural environment in three-dimensional space and landscape pattern of new town,and the coupling of two-dimensional space and plane pattern of new town is the space form of eastern new town that strengthens regional characteristics.This paper explores the relationship between the regional characteristics and the urban space carrier through the construction of the spatial planning and design ideas and methods that reflect the regional characteristics of the eastern new town of Shangnan county.With the purpose of improving the spatial quality and the sense of belonging of the eastern New Town,it provides a new way of spatial expansion for the small river valley city in Qinling mountain area of Southern Shaanxi Province,and enriches the study of the urban spatial characteristics Angle and method. |
