Research On The Space Programming Of The Office Park In Minhang Economic Development Zone

Architectural planning,as a subdivided field of architecture,is increasingly valued by construction professionals.The lack of architectural planning in the early stages of the design has led to more and more phenomena of irrational setting of the content of the building space,imperfect function organization,and excessive attention to the shape of the building,which not only makes the economic and social benefits of the building low,but also causes a waste of social resources.Thus,the scientific and logical nature of architectural planning becomes even more important.This thesis mainly studies the space planning of the office district of the Wisteria Hotel in Minhang Economic and Technological Development Zone.Along with economic industrial upgrading and policy control of environmental pollution,the disadvantages of the original industrial zone have gradually been exposed,and the problems of single functional formats,insufficient industrial facilities,limited space resources,and weak ecological environment have become more serious.In the context of the integration of production and city,transforming a single-use industrial park with no landscape into a mixed-use and beautiful industrial community,and changing the factory area into a commercial and business office area and a research and development office area are not only profitable,but also a general trend.As an important content of architectural planning,spatial planning includes not only the internal space of the building,but also the volume and external space of the building.This thesis will use five-step method,matrix method,hierarchical analysis method and other architectural planning methods to discuss the office park in the industrial zone.Scale,streamlines,layouts,and skylines.This thesis is divided into four parts.The first part(Chapter 1)mainly expounds the research background,purpose and significance of the Wisteria Hotel plot office park space planning,as well as the research status at home and abroad.The second part(Chapters 2,3,4,and 6)conducted in-depth research on the space planning methods and contents of the office park in the industrial zone.The third part(Chapter 5)uses the Minhang Economic Development Zone Wisteria Hotel block office park as an example to discuss the specific application of the space planning method in actual projects.The last part(Chapter 7)summarizes the results and shortcomings of the thesis,and rethinks and summarizes the issues that need attention in space planning.
