| At present,the construction industry is still dominated by the traditional cast-in-site method.This "extensive" construction method with high energy consumption,high pollution,low efficiency and labor intensity has many problems,which is not conducive to the realization of China’s green development concept and the healthy development of the construction industry.In the context of the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry and the green and sustainable development,the central government has continuously introduced relevant policies to promote the development of prefabricated construction to accelerate the transformation,upgrading and sustainable development of the construction industry.Xi’an is an important city in the development of western China.The promotion and application of prefabricated construction play an exemplary role for other cities in western China.This paper combines the development status of prefabricated construction in Xi ’an city,goes deep into the industrial chain of prefabricated construction,and excavates the development constraints of prefabricated construction.This paper analyzes the influence relationship and path between the constraints,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,and provides reference for the development of xi ’an prefabricated cosruction.(1)This article will use the grounded theory method based on "science and technology literature".The data used in this study were obtained through several renues,including literature analysis,face-to-face interviews,and questionnaires.Forty-two journal articles and conference proceedings authored over the past three years were retrieved.The people interviewed and surveyed included government personnel,prefabricated parts suppliers,and junior and senior technical personnel of assembly bases.Finally,the garnered information was treated as the original data in this study and then compiled into a word document for later coding and application to the grounded theory method.Open coding,spindle coding and selective coding are used to extract constraints.The scientific and comprehensive extraction of constraints is ensured by coder reliability evaluation and information saturation test,and the prefabricated building development constraints model is established.The results show that These factors were categorized into support failure of the macro environment,inadequate industrial development,insufficient personnel training,and incompetence of enterprises.Of these,support failure of the macro environment is the causal factor of prefabricated construction adoption,while inadequate industrial development and insufficient personnel training are intermediate factors,and the incompetence of enterprises is an action and decision-making constraint.At the same time,it lays a foundation for analyzing the influence relationship,hierarchy structure and influence path of the restricting factors of Xi’an prefabricated construction development.(2)Based on the constraints of prefabricated construction development mined by the grounded theory above,the index system of prefabricated construction development constraints was constructed.Through the investigation of xi ’an prefabricated building industrial base and government departments,43 indicators were selected.Through literature analysis method to establish the binary relationship between factors and adjacency matrix,through MATLBA R2018 a of matrix is calculated.The Interpretive Structure Model(ISM)enabled classifying the 43 critical factors into seven levels,15 being first-tier or bottom-level factors.Those 15 factors influence the 17 middle-level factors and the 11 top-level ones.(3)Based on the accessibility matrix of constraints,the MICMAC analysis method is introduced to calculate the driving force and dependence of each constraint,so as to explore the position and role of each constraint in the influence path.The results show that the driving force is the strongest and the dependence is the weakest.By combining the driving force and dependence of the restricting factors with the deep restricting factors derived from the interpretation of the structural model,it is concluded that the optimal development path of xi ’an prefabricated buildings is to give priority to solving the deep restricting factors of the driving cluster,so as to influence the middle layer restricting factors,and then solve the surface layer restricting factors.Finally,based on the above analysis results,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions in line with the development status of xi ’an prefabricated buildings. |
