Analysis On The Factors Influencing The Quality Of Prefabricated Houses In The Implementation Phase

For a long time,my country’s construction industry is large but not strong,the level of industrial chain coordination is not high,the organization and management is fragmented,the construction method is rough and backward,and the efficiency is low.Based on this,in order to promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,achieve the goal of reducing costs and building energy consumption,shortening the construction period,increasing labor productivity and output value utilization,and reducing the defect rate and accident rate,the development of "standardized design,industrialized production,and assembly Assembled residential buildings with "construction and informatization collaboration" as the core have become an important measure for my country’s construction industry to seek innovation and change in recent years.Since prefabricated houses are in the initial stage in our country,their quality problems will directly affect whether prefabricated houses can achieve large-scale development in our country.Therefore,in order to promote the development of prefabricated houses in our country,the quality influencing factors in the implementation stage of prefabricated houses are selected.Research and put forward corresponding quality control measures in order to provide reference for the quality control of prefabricated houses in my country during the implementation stage.Through literature review,analysis of internal and external quality influencing factors "4M1E" and the method of combining with actual engineering,this paper conducts preliminary identification of the three phases of design,production,transportation and construction of the quality influencing factors in the implementation phase of prefabricated houses.In order to simplify the research process,a questionnaire survey was designed based on the preliminary identified influencing factors,and the importance of the quality influencing factors in the implementation stage of the prefabricated house was investigated and researched to identify the key factors affecting the quality of the prefabricated house in the implementation stage to ensure the questionnaire survey.Reliability,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire data is analyzed;to verify the consistency of the questionnaire data,the independent sample T test and the one-dimensional between-group variance test are used to study the degree of difference in the questionnaire data.The results show that the investigators are There is a good consensus on the judgment of the degree of importance of the influencing factors;then the questionnaire data is analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis and factor analysis to identify the key influencing factors of the quality of the prefabricated house in the implementation stage,and establish the prefabricated house implementation A list of key influencing factors for stage quality The ISM-MICMAC model is established on the basis of the key quality influencing factors in the implementation phase,and the model is applied to the actual construction of prefabricated houses.The hierarchical structure and driving force-dependence mechanism of the key quality influencing factors are studied,indicating that the implementation The key influencing factors of stage quality can be divided into direct layer,core layer and basic layer influencing factors according to the logical structure relationship.According to the driving force-dependence mechanism,it can be divided into four influencing factor clusters: autonomous group,dependent group,independent group and contact group.Finally,according to the structural relationship and driving force-dependence of the key factors in the implementation stage,the quality control measures of the prefabricated house in the implementation stage are proposed.Based on the research and analysis of the quality influencing factors of the prefabricated houses in the implementation phase,this paper summarizes the key influencing factors of the quality of prefabricated houses in our country at the emergence stage,and conducts research on the hierarchical structure and mechanism of action,and proposes corresponding quality control measures on this basis.It is expected to provide help for the quality control in the implementation stage of prefabricated houses in our country.
