Post-Occupancy Evaluation Analysis Of Three Comprehensive Parks In Liuzhou City

Urban comprehensive park is an indispensable part of urban ecological environment construction.It has perfect recreational facilities and supporting management service facilities,provides people with various outdoor activities,and greatly enriches people's spiritual needs.However,at present,there are few relevant evaluation studies on Liuzhou Comprehensive Park.Therefore,Liutan Longtan Park,Liuhou Park and Queershan Park are selected as the research objects,with post-use evaluation(POE)and evaluation methods as the theoretical basis and behavior Observation,questionnaire survey,interview,satisfaction evaluation and other methods are research methods.They observe the user's behavior,activity space,etc.,statistics the user's basic information and usage methods,and understand the user's usage status and the park.Satisfaction,comprehensively evaluate the park based on the above results,find out the problems in the park,and put forward optimization suggestions.The main results are as follows:(1)Using questionnaires and the Delphi method to build an evaluation system for comprehensive parks in three cities in Liuzhou City,with five first-level indicators(accessibility,park landscape,supporting facilities,safety,and fun)and 20 second-level indicators Indicators,using the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the expert weight inquiry table,and the weights of each indicator are obtained.The weight values of the five criteria layers in the POE evaluation of the three urban comprehensive parks in Liuzhou City are ranked from high to low to reachability(0.2902)>Safety(0.2732)>Park landscape(0.2003)>Auxiliary facilities(0.1492)>Interest(0.0871).It was found that accessibility,park landscape and safety have a greater impact on the evaluation of the park.Among the synthetic weight values of the secondary indicators,the indicators with lower scores are popular science education(0.0179),hard landscape(0.0173),sun and rain protection facilities(0.0171),and commercial facilities(0.0154).(2)Through behavior observation and analysis,it is found that the behavioral activity group characteristics and spatial distribution characteristics of the three parks are not much different,and the distribution of users and their behavioral activities is more obvious between working days,non-working days and seasons.The main entertainment activities for teenagersare mainly in children's paradise,and leisure activities are distributed in lawns,leisure squares,under-forest leisure spaces,and water scenic spots.The young and middle-aged groups with children are mainly distributed in children's playgrounds,lawns,and leisure squares to accompany children to play.The purpose of other young people entering the park is not clear.They are distributed throughout the park,but they like quiet spaces for leisure activities.Middle-aged and elderly people often do fitness exercises and chess and card activities in park entrances,leisure plazas,and under-story leisure spaces.(3)According to interviews,users are more satisfied with the overall environment of the park,and have a higher evaluation of the types of activities and space requirements that the park can meet with different users.The user proposes that the park can add fitness equipment or sports venues,improve the introduction of attractions,etc.It is recommended that the staff advise visitors to pay attention to their own qualities,not throw litter anywhere,not trample lawns and plants,abide by the park management regulations,obey the staff management,and jointly create a harmonious garden environment;(4)Through the satisfaction evaluation,the three park satisfaction scores are rated as S2,and users are found to have a higher satisfaction evaluation of the park 's overall landscape coordination,plant landscape,waterscape,diversity of activities that can be carried out,parent-child interaction and partner exchange indicators.However,users' satisfaction with the park's commercial facilities,hard landscapes,sun and rain shelters,and popular science education indicators is low.In addition,the number of parking lots and parking spaces in the park is also a problem that users pay more attention to;(5)Combined with the weight and satisfaction scores of the second-level indicators,a comprehensive evaluation was conducted,and the comprehensive evaluation was ranked as Queershan Park(4.25)>Liuhou Park(3.99)>Longtan Park(3.86),and the characteristics of the three parks were summarized as: beautiful overall environment and distinctive landscape features,the utilization rate of understory leisure space is high,the positioning is clear,the park culture has its own characteristics,it can be rich in activities,the interactive experience is good,and the space layout is more reasonable;(6)Based on the use conditions of Longtan Park,Liuhou Park and Queershan Park,the existing problems are summarized from the five aspects of accessibility,park landscape,supporting facilities,safety and fun,and optimization suggestions are proposed for the existing problems: increase Introduce public transportation in the parking lot;strengthen landscape construction,enrich cultural connotation,and create a place spirit;pay attention to the needs of different users,increase humanized design;add infrastructure,keep pace with the times,and increase the participation of tourists.
