| As an important part of urban landscape,parks are of great importance to urban ecological construction.With the improvement of people’s living standard,the demand of urban residents for the function and quality of parks is increasing day by day.How to design and build a city park that people are satisfied with according to the actual needs of users has become one of the current research hotspots.Based on the analysis,induction and summaries of the development of city parks and landscape evaluation,on the basis of relevant theories,the paper takes the Ganzhou City Central Park as an example,through field investigation and analysis of the use conditions and the user behavior features of the park,to build an evaluation system based on the characteristics of small and medium-sized city’s comprehensive park use.Besides the case was evaluated with POE,and the paper also puts forward the upgrade strategy of the park and the landscape planning design and construction idea of the same scale park,the conclusions are as follows:Firstly,in combination with user’s demand characteristic and the practical situation of park,POE evaluation system of small and medium-sized city parks is built by taking "accessibility,landscape environment,supporting facilities,the overall perception" as the primary index and "the degree of transportation convenience,the overall landscape,the embodiment of popular science propaganda and education function,regional history and culture features reveal" and other 16 factors as secondary indexes.Secondly,the footprints of park users were analyzed by behavioral mapping.The results show that there are 22 kinds of behaviors of park users: 5 kinds of group behaviors and 17 kinds of individual behaviors(6 kinds of individual static behaviors,11 kinds of dynamic behaviors).Among them,"walking,sitting and chatting" in individual behaviors are highfrequency behaviors,which are dominant.In addition,there is a significant correlation between the number of users and the time period.Especially,the number of park users and the diversity of behavior on weekends were significantly higher than that on weekdays,and significantly higher in daytime than that at night.Thirdly,by using the methods of questionnaire and interview,this paper investigates and analyzes the identity characteristics of park users,the rules of Park activities,interests and hobbies,and their satisfaction with the park.The results show that the gender difference of park users is not obvious,mainly young and middle-aged people(25-60 years old),and local residents are dominant,and the distribution radius of service objects ≤5 km.Most park users like to visit the park in groups,and the activity time is usually 1-2 hours.The main types of activities are leisure,walking and entertainment.The result of Likert quantitative calculation shows that the evaluation score of Park comprehensive factor is 3.94,and the score of 19 secondary indicators is more than 3.This shows that the users of the park are satisfied with the accessibility,traffic convenience,park landscape,functional zoning and other aspects of the park,but not with the layout of the parking lot(2.98).Fourthly,through the comprehensive use of AHP and the evaluation index system of park use status to evaluate Ganzhou City Central Park,the evaluation score is 4.08,reaching a good level.It shows that the users are satisfied with the use of City Central Park.However,there are still many deficiencies,which need to be further improved in supporting facilities,regional characteristics,logo layout,reasonable organization of activity space,maintenance and management.Finally,based on the post use evaluation of Ganzhou City Central Park,the strategy of landscape planning and design of small and medium-sized city park is extracted,in order to provide reference for the planning,design,construction or upgrading of integrated Park in similar cities in China. |
