Design Of Comprehensive Detection System For Cable Performance Of Aircraft Ground Support Equipment

Aircraft ground power supply equipment,which is connected to aircraft through cable assembly when the aircraft engine is shut down,provide required power supply for aircraft.The cable performance of power supply equipment is related to whether the equipment can work normally or not,and even affects the completion of flight missions and the personal safety.At present,there are few effective ways to test cable performance in the army.Therefore,a comprehensive function cable performance detective system was designed,which is portable and easy to operate.Based on the analysis of the performance requirements of the cable detection system,the voltage resistance test,insulation test,resistance test and other aspects of the cable were mainly studied this thesis.The thesis mainly includes the following contents.1)The performance index was analyzed,and the detection system scheme and system composition structure were designed.2)The insulation voltage test scheme was designed,the generation of sinusoidal circuit,ac and dc high voltage output,microns small signal measurement and other technologies were studied,and the key device parameters of the circuits were calculated and selected.3)The testing scheme a high-current resistance was designed,the electromagnetic compatibility,phase-shifting full-bridge resonant soft switch,high-precision constant current output and other technologies were studied,and the key device parameters of the circuits were calculated and selected.4)The performance test experiment of the system prototype was carried out.According to the experimental data and the technical indicators of the system,the realization of the functional performance of the system was analyzed.The results show that the system prototype achieves the expected functions and technical indicators.
