The Research And Application Of Visual Simulation System For Voltage Withstand Test

The resonance principle of voltage withstand test is the ma in means to carry out various voltage withstand tests.In order to standardize the test work,it is necessary to prepare the test plan according to the test equipment and the subject equipment.However,the program is written in a large amount of computati on and the connection modes can not be changed flexibly in practical work.Thus,in this paper,a visual simulation system of resonant voltage withstand test is developed.In this paper,according to the design process of the voltage withstand test and using Microsoft Visual Basic and Microsoft Office Access database,a visual simulation system for voltage withstand test is developed.It mainly includes: the real time build of circuit for voltage withstand test,the optimization of design of voltage withstand test loop,and the equipment management query.According to the specific parameters of samples and combin ed with previous field test experience,the withstand voltage test loop real-time module chooses suitable components from inventory of voltage-withstanding electric equipment,determines the connection method and build s the voltage withstand test circuit manually.And a digital simulation is also carried out to verify its feasibility.When the withstand test voltage,pressure time,types of the samples and rated capacity is known in t he optimization of design of voltage withstand test loop,the system will calculate the pressure test scheme automatically.Besides,the system will select the most suitable calculation method to find out the optimization scheme when optimal objective is chosen.The optimization goal of the test scheme includes the lowest power consumption,the best loop resonance frequency,the minimum of the electrical circuit current and so on.The equipment management query module provides management,update and query for the parameters and the index of electrical equipment.what's more,the usage information is displayed dynamically in the process of building the test circuit,which provides convenient for the management of experiment al technicians.This paper using digital simulation and visualization module joint technology,realized the flexible change of all kinds of connection modes,the automatic calculation of the test data,various test scheme optimization analysis and the implementation of programming preparation and scheme optimization automatically.Beyond that,it ensured the rationality and correctness of the scheme,certified the safety and correctness of voltage withstand test.So that the management level and working efficiency of the voltage withstand test work are greatly improved,and the supervision ability of the insulation supervision and management of the power equipment is increased.
