The spring operating mechanism has been widely used in vacuum circuit breakers,due to its many parts,complex structure,and precise movements.The existence of design tolerances for each part will cause tolerance accumulation,making reasonable tolerance design of parts a big problem.This paper takes the spring operating mechanism of Xingji Electric Co.,Ltd.as the research object,and conducts a more systematic theory and simulation analysis on it.First of all,in order to meet the dynamic thermal stability,the vacuum circuit breaker needs an over-stroke spring with a larger compression force after the contacts contact during the closing process,resulting in a special load characteristic of the vacuum circuit breaker.Therefore,it is very important to use Matlab to simulate and draw the output characteristics before and after the optimization and the matching of the load characteristic curve,and it is proved that this optimization scheme is desirable.Secondly,it is difficult to measure the contact force of specific parts in the actual action process.Carry out dynamic simulation analysis,and obtain the simulation results of the contact force of the key components during the closing and opening process,and the opening/closing/contact spring force value.The transmission parts of the mechanism have a great influence on the mechanical characteristics of the vacuum circuit breaker.Therefore,the main factors explored are the cam profile,the angle and length of the driving arm,and the length of the connecting plate.Then due to the limitation of material strength,the parts are easily damaged due to insufficient strength,resulting in fracture,collapse,etc.However,the force on specific parts is unknown in the actual operation process,so some parts of the spring operating mechanism are analyzed by finite element analysis.According to the stress simulation results,the structure of the weak parts is adjusted,and the fragility of the parts is avoided in practice to affect the stability of the closing and opening of the prototype,and the maximum deformation is extracted.In order to solve the problem of the rationality of the part design tolerance,the simulation model of the tolerance chain is established and the simulation analysis of the tolerance chain under the conditions of energy storage and closing is completed,and the key parameters affecting the dimensional chain are analyzed.Conduct field tests on the spring operating mechanism,and analyze the wear conditions of key components after optimization.Measure the dimensions of key components,and pass the goodness-of-fit test to verify that the actual production size obeys a normal distribution.This paper analyzes the spring operating mechanism,and compares theoretical calculations,simulation results and experimental results,verifies the feasibility of the theoretical analysis,and provides a reference for the design and development of the vacuum circuit breaker spring operating mechanism.
