The processing of hull components is one of the key links of ship construction technology.The efficiency and quality of process design directly affect the quality and period of ship construction.The traditional design method of component processing technology is hand-made,which has the defects of low efficiency and accuracy.With the popularization of intelligent shipbuilding,the processing technology design of ship components should meet the needs of intelligent development.Therefore,this paper takes the organization and management of processing technology knowledge of ship components(hereinafter referred to as process knowledge)as the starting point,creates a design method of processing technology of ship components based on case knowledge matching and regular knowledge reasoning,and develops the process knowledge management of ship components The machining process design system,which integrates theory with process design,meets the requirements of intelligent shipbuilding for the intelligent process design of hull components machining.The cutting and bending technology of components is the main part of the component processing technology.Therefore,the main work of this paper is as follows:(1)In view of the low utilization rate of process knowledge in the process of process design,process knowledge is extracted on the basis of process analysis,its expression model and storage form are designed,and the organization and management of process knowledge are completed,which provides a knowledge driven basis for process design.(2)For the cold bending process of components,a process design method based on case knowledge matching is proposed.Combined with the comprehensive similarity and analytic hierarchy process,the similarity calculation model is established,and the process design of cold bending of components is aided by the way of similar examples pushing.(3)For the cutting and hot bending process of components,a process design method based on rule-based knowledge reasoning is proposed.Design the use of various kinds of regular knowledge,establish the corresponding rule reasoning model,and realize the computer-aided process design,such as the selection of processing methods,processing equipment and processing parameters.(4)In view of the lack of intelligence and low design efficiency of traditional machining process design,a hull component machining process design system is developed,which realizes the intelligent design of machining process knowledge management and component machining process,and verifies the effectiveness of this method.
