Research On Production Optimization Technology Of Hull Parts Processing Workshop Based On Pallet Management

With the rapid development of information technology and shipbuilding industry,network informationization of shipbuilding industry has become an inevitable trend.China's shipbuilding industry occupies a large share of the entire shipbuilding market in the world,and from the perspective of construction technology and management level,there is a large gap with South Korea and Japan.Reducing labor costs,improving the quality of ship products,reducing waste of resources and shortening the shipbuilding cycle are the main goals of modern shipbuilding in China.The production of parts and components is an important part of the ship construction process,and the production progress of this part directly affects the progress of the entire ship construction.There are many types of hull parts and components,and the production and control of them are difficult.There are often problems such as large accumulation of parts,poor circulation,and serious waste of resources.Therefore,optimizing the production technology of the processing workshop is of great significance to the entire shipbuilding enterprise.This article combines the production status of the parts processing workshop of China's shipbuilding enterprises,upgrades the workshop,establishes a palletized management system,introduces intelligent equipment into the workshop,and at the same time realizes the online publication of the three-dimensional model of hull components and related production information,making the entire hull The production efficiency of the parts processing workshop is improved.The main work contents are as follows:(1)Investigate and analyze the current status of the production of hull parts processing workshops in China's shipyards,establish a palletized management system for hull parts,and build a pull-type assembly production process.At the same time,we will formulate a plan for the distribution of hull parts and components under the guidance of detailed assembly methods;(2)Realize the online release of the 3D model of hull components and related production information.Production and construction personnel can translate,rotate,zoom and view the production information related to the hull components on the browser to achieve the sharing of digital 3D model attribute information;(3)Introduce intelligent equipment into the hull component processing workshop,re-arrange the steel pretreatment area in the hull component processing workshop,establish an efficient hull component processing workshop,and improve the production efficiency of the entire hull component processing workshop.
