companies that rely heavily on international trade and international logistics Facing unprecedented challenges.The current production process management system of Baijian Company still stays in the past business philosophy,which in turn leads to a mismatch with the current international shipping container empty container yards and maintenance needs,and the company’s operating efficiency is deteriorating.In order to solve this problem of Baijian Company,this paper introduces the pull production mode in lean production theory,and makes tentative improvements to the production process management of Baijian Company.Lean production management theory emphasizes reducing waste and saving costs in the production process.The production process control uses just-in-time system,emphasizing comprehensive quality management and continuous improvement,so as to achieve comprehensive optimization management of the production process.The pull-type production model emphasizes that production methods are changed from traditional The transformation of extensive large-scale production mode to a multi-variety,small-batch,waste-free,resource-saving production mode.Through accurate analysis of customer orders,relying on order demand information to drive each process and each process in the production process,thereby promoting The reduction of production waste and cost savings improve the operating efficiency of enterprises.On the basis of extensively collecting and collating the theoretical research on lean production theory and pull production mode,this paper summarizes the application and promotion of lean production in traditional assembly line production enterprises,and studies the relevant theory and application research of pull production.In-depth induction.Under the guidance of the Six Sigma DMAIC lean production process improvement method,combined with the current operating characteristics and operating status of Baijian Company,the problem definition,target measurement,cause analysis,improved design,and improved implementation and guarantee of Baijian Company’s production process The in-depth analysis and research were carried out.The main research contents and conclusions of the article are as follows:1 Using a combination of questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews,the problems in the current production process of Baijian Company were defined,and the results showed that in the existing production process of Baijian Company,waiting for waste,waste of handling,waste of defective products,Wastes such as action waste,processing waste,and inventory waste are more serious,and the range of waste is widely distributed with strong correlation.2 Based on the business objectives,lean management theories and core ideas,the core concepts of the pull-type production model,and the industry characteristics of empty container yards and container maintenance,the company analyzed and measured the specific goals that need to be improved in its production processes.It is also found that the company’s production process waste is not only related to the six main production processes,but also corresponding support systems.3 Through in-depth investigations and follow-up investigations,the research found that the lack of standardization,backward information,lagging in planning,and low-level literacy of front-line production personnel in the production process of Baijian Company are the fundamental reasons for the waste of its production processes.4 Through the analysis of the introduction of the value flow chart,it was found that the specific waste of pull-type production in the production process of Baijian Company was introduced.The research shows that the non-value-added time in the production process of Baijian Company is too long,and the lag in production planning and the unplanned management In-place and front-line production personnel’s low professionalism are the main inducement factors that lead to their derived waste.Derived waste further leads to the extension of non-value-added time.At the same time,based on the optimization concept of production liquidity,a design based on customer order demand is designed.The optimization idea of the future value stream improvement of the production process of Baijian Company.5 Based on the improvement design of the production process of Baijian Company based on the demand of customer orders,specific measures for improving implementation and guarantee are proposed.
