| Centralized lubrication system is a efficient and intelligent equipment,using a package of oil supply system to lubricate each lubrication point of large scale equipment according to demand.It not only reduces labor cost,but also economize the lubrication resources at the same time.Cause lubrication system is widely used,centralized lubrication projects emerge in endlessly with the diversification of lubrication objects.However,new lubrication system needs long time period from design to produce,which is not conducive to the promotion of new technology and new product.During design phase of centralized lubrication system,because of lacking unified standard of part parameters,designers have to spend lots of time on repetitive modeling work.And the assemblability and economy of parts cannot be guaranteed when design is completed.Aim at the above problem,the standard parts library of centralized lubrication system and virtual assembly/disassembly of parts have been studied in this paper.Main work is as follows:(1)Analyze the principles of application of group technology and use group technology to classify the standard parts of existing centralized lubrication products.Based on the optimization model whose parameters are extracted by reverse engineering,use the image measuring instrument to extract characteristic parameters of the standard parts.(2)Use characteristic parameters extracted to establish standard parts database by software Access.Establish the standard parts’ model library of centralized lubrication system and use VB language to establish friendly human-computer interaction interface.Based on macro recording code of 3D design software SolidWorks,finish the parametric design process of lubrication system by modifying code.At last,establish the standard parts library of centralized lubrication system.(3)Study the key techniques of virtual simulation.Analyze basic knowledge of hardware and software as well as the collision detection method involving to virtual assembly/disassembly.Based on the principle of data glove and the electromagnetic position tracking device,establish the data acquisition program of hand movements and position in space.Interaction control of hand model in virtual environment has been reached.The control problems in virtual simulation of centralized lubrication system have been solved.(4)Study the data transfer mode between every two softwares of SolidWorks,3Dsmax and Unity3 D,and then determine the best data transfer mode.Develop the key program of virtual assembly/disassembly settings in the environment of Unity3 D.Achieve the conversion between disassembly and assembly of parts under the same scene and finish the example test.Based on the theories of group technology and reverse engineering design,use automatic measuring instrument to obtain characteristic parameters of the components.Taking software SolidWorks as platform and VB as development tool,the secondary development of standard parts database of centralized lubrication system has been finished.This standard parts database can significantly shorten the development cycle of lubricant products and reduce the labor intensity of technical staff,which is beneficial for developing new centralized lubrication products.Meanwhile,it also provides design ideas and guidance for other mechanical products in improving design efficiency. |
