The process of satellite development is very complex.The equipment is precise,and the quality requirement is high.Information flow simulation is an indispensable part in satellite design.At present,most simulation of satellite information flow is based on simple mathematical models,which can not effectively describe the hierarchical structure,and the verification of on-board software is not sufficient,which can not meet the requirements of short design cycle and short test time of current satellites.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct real single machine modeling according to actual requirements,improving the research regarding the combination of full digital and semi physical simulation.In addition,the onboard data management software will be modified and verified through semi physical simulation.This paper focuses on the realization of the simulation and verification platform of the satellite information flow management subsystem,and carries out the following work:Firstly,the composition of the satellite and the data management subsystem are introduced,with emphasis on the structure and function of the data management subsystem in the whole satellite.Secondly,by analyzing the functional and performance requirements of the verification platform,the overall design scheme of distributed modular simulation is proposed.In this scheme,the distributed single machine simulation s are modularized.Multiple simulation subjects are connected through the network to exchange and coordinate the information between different single machi ne entities,so as to realize multi-agent simulation in the same environment.Moreover,the functional modules for full digital and semi physical simulation are designed and realized.Full digital simulation focuses on the unity of modeling and interface for single machine equipment,and the process of implementation is illustrated;semi physical simulation focuses on the design of industrial computer through CTU simulation and customization of CTU simulation board.The onboard software is developed,and simulation verification is completed.Finally,the system is debugged and tested,and various telemetry parameters generated by the verification platform and the real satellite are compared and analyzed.The test results show that the design of the verificat ion platform can simulate the real data management subsystem well,and can verify the on-board software,which provides a technical foundation for improving the ability of rapid response for the satellite.The results of this paper can be adopted for testing the reasonability and reliability of satellite subsystem(equipment)design in advance,shorten ing the time of joint satellite test and saving the cost of joint test.The application mode of transition from simulation to test verification has become an important part in satellite design and joint test,which has practical significance and application value.
