In recent years,road traffic volume has increased significantly,and the heavy load traffic volume has also greatly increased.Therefore,higher performance of asphalt pavements is required.The pavements need to show higher strength and durability,less rutting and late cracking.In practical construction,the nanopowder and polymer elastomer are used for the modification of road asphalt all over the world.In this paper,a new type of nanometer materials/POE/asphalt base ternary composite modified cementitious material was prepared and studied comprehensively,for solving the problem of high temperature on asphalt pavement surface and other concerned problems such as the anti-aging ability.Nano-modified asphalt and nano/POE composite modified asphalt were prepared by using POE elastomers and nanoparticles.In the process of preparation,blending ratio and optimum blending system of nanomaterial modified asphalt were analyzed,and the parameters of production and mix proportion of modified asphalt were studied.Based on improvement of the compatibility of nanomaterials,the surface modification technology of nanomaterials is studied to improve the performance of modified asphalt and provide a theoretical basis for enhancing its macroscopic performance.In addition,the road performance of nano-modified asphalt mixture was studied by paving experimental road,and suggestions of pavement construction technology and quality management were proposed.The final test results show that the nano/POE/asphalt ternary composite modified cementing material has good properties of resistance at high or low temperature,and anti-aging resistance.The high or low temperature,water stability,and anti-aging properties of nano/POE composite modified asphalt mixture were improved.Nano/POE composite modified asphalt mixture test road paving effect is excellent and the construction technology is feasible.
