With the continuous improvement of the high-speed rail network,the high-speed rail has gradually become the mainstream of China's intercity transportation due to its convenience and the price of the people.The era of high-speed rail in China is coming.However,at the same time as the construction wave of the high-speed rail new city,there are also problems such as planning "spreading the pie",inadequate facilities and lack of vitality.At the same time,urban development and construction methods in China'are moving from extensive to refined,and urban planning is also developing in the direction of quantification,refinement,and science.However,traditional research methods have been difficult to meet the accuracy requirements of commercial planning around high-speed rail stations,and it is urgent to introduce new quantitative methods,combined with empirical and theoretical research.How to study the business layout around different types of high-speed rail sites with high precision and large-scale is the key problem to be solved in this study.Based on open source map data,this study discusses the commercial layout of 22 sites along the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway.Firstly,according to the accessibility of the national high-speed rail network,intercity traffic access and city traffic accessibility of the site,combined with the national railway station classification,the stations along the line are divided into four categories;then the Delaunay triangle network adaptive clustering algorithm is used to divide the business mode pairs High German business interest points are clustered twice before and after,and then the clusters around the site are used to fuse the cluster clusters to obtain the commercial range around the site.In addition,the business layout characteristics of different types of sites are summarized from the combination of format,business scale and format position.The correlation and sensitivity between the variables that affect the site's business layout are used to explain the reasons for the similarities and differences between the various sites' business layout.The layout strategy of each type of site.Based on the above method,this paper draws the following conclusions: There are similarities and differences in the business layout around different types of sites,which are mainly reflected in the combination of business form,business scale and business position.The fundamental reason for the difference in business layout between various sites is the difference in station accessibility and urban development level.The reason for the similarity in the layout of various sites is due to the difference in the number of residents and the location distribution of the stations over time.Among them,the total scale of the business is proportional to the accessibility of the site,positively correlated with the number of residents in the short and long time,and is most sensitive to the time change of the site to the central area of the city.The richness of the format is proportional to the number of residents and accessibility in the short and long term.The location of commercial distribution is negatively correlated with the size of the station itself.The number of resident residents has a more significant impact on the distance between the business formats such as catering and retail and the site.This study uses scientific methods to draw conclusions to a certain extent on the basis of drawing on existing theoretical research and practice.The conclusions of this paper can provide relatively accurate and precise support for the qualitative,quantitative,and positioning of the commercial facility layout planning around the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail station,and provide horizontal and vertical references for the commercial layout planning around these sites.Moreover,the data and methods used in this study are universal and can be applied to the research on the layout of facilities around other high-speed rail stations across the country.
