With the rapid development of China’s high-speed rail economy,the number of highspeed rail in Beijing is gradually increasing.The separation of urban space by Beijing Shanghai high-speed railway has led to prominent problems such as disordered environment and idle ground space along the line.Under the high-quality development of urban traffic space,the reuse of space along high-speed railway in urban area is an important object of governance.The Beijing Shanghai high-speed railway in Beijing administrative area is 41.88 km in total,mainly in the form of viaduct.The reuse of ground space under the bridge and along the line is the research content of this paper.Firstly,the research combs the current situation of urban space along the Beijing Shanghai high-speed railway in the urban area.On the basis of remote sensing satellite images,combined with the field investigation and data verification in the research area,the GIS database of the current situation of ground space along the Beijing Shanghai high-speed railway in the urban area is constructed from the spatial use and constituent elements such as land use,land attribute,building type,spatial distribution of green space,railway form,spatial condition under viaduct and so on,For the purpose of research and analysis and providing basic data for the future ground space Renewal along the Beijing Shanghai railway.Secondly,through the factors affecting urban renewal such as land use attributes,location conditions,social services and landscape pattern,the three-level evaluation index system framework of "target layer-criterion layer-index layer" is established.14 evaluation factors such as floor area ratio,building density,site slope and spatial accessibility are selected,and the weight of evaluation factors is calculated based on entropy weight method to construct the evaluation model of urban spatial reuse potential along Beijing Shanghai high-speed railway in Beijing urban area,To assess the possibility of urban space reuse along the Beijing Shanghai high-speed railway.According to the evaluation and analysis,the corresponding reuse strategies are given,including unified planning,orderly development,continuous protection and isolation green corridor along the line,transformation and upgrading of industrial legacy land,micro renewal suitable for urban space and functions along the line,etc.In addition,due to the difference between the management ownership of railway space and urban space,for the space under the viaduct along the Beijing Shanghai high-speed railway,seven evaluation factors such as the current situation of space under the bridge,traffic accessibility and the current situation of surrounding land are determined.The AHP analytic hierarchy process is used to construct the evaluation matrix,obtain the weight of each evaluation factor,and establish the evaluation model of reuse potential of space under the railway bridge along the Beijing Shanghai high-speed railway in Beijing urban area,To evaluate the possibility of reusing the space under the Beijing Shanghai high-speed railway bridge,and give the corresponding reuse strategies according to the evaluation classification,including the reuse strategies of key reuse spaces;Optimize the reuse strategy of the promotion space and the reuse strategy of the greening restoration promotion space.It is hoped that this will guide the urban repair of the ground space along the Beijing Shanghai high-speed railway in the urban area of Beijing and further stimulate the vitality of the city.
