Analysis Of Aging Adaptability And Reconstruction Design Of The Exterior Space Of Urban Old Community

In recent years,China has comprehensively promoted the reconstruction of old communities,and proposed reform content and standards according to local conditions,which have been implemented in most regions of the country such as Guangzhou,Xiamen,and Shanghai.This study provides a basis for the research on the adaptability of the external space of the old community in Harbin.This article takes Huayuan subdistrict office area as a case to study in depth the problem of adaptability to the external space of the old community in Harbin.on the base of investigation,combining the methods of space syntax and sunshine simulation,the influence factors of the five types of space,such as residential neighbourhood,walking path,riverside space,open market,sports ground,historic building protection block,etc,are analyzed,Including accessibility,visibility,sunlight falling shadow,floor height difference,landscape quality,etc.Propose appropriate design strategy and the transformation of the old pre-planning methods outside the space community.The main research content is divided into the following four parts:The first chapter puts forward the main purpose of this research,that is,relying on the community home-based pension has become the main direction of our country's pension system construction,under the social background that the old urban community can not meet the requirements of the elderly livable environment construction,excavate the potential of the community external space,improve the overall environmental quality of the community,so as to promote the implementation of the transformation of the community external space aging.This paper reviews the research status of related fields at home and abroad,discusses the feasibility of spatial syntax in the study of aging,and determines the research content,research methods and research framework of this study.The second chapter is the overall investigation of the jurisdiction.Investigate the distribution characteristics and use of external space in Huayuan subdistrict office area jurisdiction,summarize the typical external space of elderly outdoor activities,investigate the types,number,time and crowd characteristics of outdoor activities of elderly people,summarize the influencing factors of outdoor activities of elderly people,and analyze the external space of communities Attraction mechanism,discusses the relevance of “activity type—attraction factors—external space”.The third chapter analyzes the suitability of external space.According to the correlation analysis between the external space and the influencing factors,determine the degree of influence of the influencing factors on the external space,and use the space syntax to analyze the planning and layout factors that affect the external space,such as accessibility and visibility,and verify the analysis results by field investigation;use sunshine simulation and field investigation and analysis of environmental quality factors that affect external space,such as sunlight falling,floor height differences,and landscape quality.According to the analysis results,the main direction of the age-appropriate transformation of the external space is clarified.The fourth chapter is the design strategy and pre-planning method of the adaptability of the external space.Based on the simulation analysis of the external space and the results of field verification,the design principles of suitable old age transformation are five aspects: improving walking accessibility,optimizing external space visibility,improving winter adaptability,handling floor height differences,and improving landscape quality This paper proposes the design strategy of age-appropriate reconstruction of external space.Based on a case study of the Huayuan subdistrict office area,this paper summarizes the pre-planning methods for the reconstruction and design of the suitability of the external space of the community.This study deeply explores the vitality of the external space of the old community in Harbin city,with a view to better promoting the age-appropriate reconstruction design of the external space of the old city community.
