At present,with the rapid development of aviation industry in China,the development demand of civil aviation industry is increasing.The existing airport security check is basically completed by human beings,and the pallets for carrying carry-on items need to be sorted out,transported and distributed during the security check process.This work requires a lot of time and manpower and material resources,which seriously affects the efficiency of security check.Therefore,it is of obvious practical significance to develop a fully automatic airport security check line.This paper takes the automatic disk-out device of airport security line as the research object,and conducts in-depth research from the aspects of scheme design,scale synthesis,optimization and improvement as well as kinematics simulation.The thesis mainly completed the following research work:Analysis of the acquired organization design requirements,has carried on the function decomposition to acquired institutions,based on the feature abstraction and function of carrier,morphological matrix method is used to obtain a variety of mechanism innovative design was acquired,and according to five kinds of the optimal solution,scheme evaluation is studied by using the weighted scoring method,the optimal design scheme is proposed to meet the requirements of design.The kinematic chain configuration of lifting mechanism is studied,determine the six bar linkage for watt ? agencies;By using the method of scale synthesis of rigid body guiding mechanism,the displacement matrix of translation motion,rotational motion and general compound motion in planar mechanism is analyzed,and the scale synthesis of lifting six-bar mechanism is carried out by combining with the displacement constraint equation,and the relationship between the length and position of each bar of the mechanism is determined.The characteristics of displacement,velocity and acceleration curves of sines,cosines,quintic polynomial and double harmonics are studied.The 3d Creo model of the outlet mechanism was built,and the simulation model was built by importing Adams,the kinematics simulation analysis of outlet mechanism was completed,and the defects of the outlet mechanism were obtained.The CAM curve is modified by using the three-section sine correction method.A genetic algorithm optimization model of the CAM mechanism based on the modified sinusoidal motion law was established to optimize the CAM curve.After optimization,the maximum speed and the maximum acceleration were reduced by 17.9% and 15.4%respectively.The CAM contour curve equation based on the modified sinusoidal motion law is derived,and the kinematics simulation of the optimized lifting mechanism is carriedout.The results show that the motor performance is improved obviously.
