At present,the small airport departure baggage mainly adopts the manual sorting mode,and the staff has high labor intensity,and the baggage sorting efficiency is low.The "Civil Aviation Power" strategy proposed means that the scope of airport services will cover more than 95% of the country's counties and cities.This shows that the number of small airports will continue to increase.In view of the above problems and combined with the needs of civil aviation,an automatic sorting device for small airport baggage is designed.Firstly,this paper based on the analysis of the problems existing in the small airport departure baggage sorting model,and proposes a design scheme for a small airport departure baggage terminal sorting device that satisfies the need for automatic baggage sorting.The overall structure of the device is designed on the SolidWorks platform to obtain a three-dimensional geometric model of the device.At the same time,the parameters of the device were designed and the working flow of the device was described.Secondly,compared with various schemes,the picking mechanism is determined as the opposing crank rocker mechanism.To ensure the good force transmission performance of the mechanism,the length of the rod is optimized,according to the mathematical model of optimization design,objective function and nonlinear inequality constraint are established,and the optimal solution of rod length is obtained by solving MATLAB.Thirdly,the picking mechanism is used for kinematics analysis,and the movement process of the mechanism is simulated in the ADAMS to obtain the curves of the connecting rod of displacement,velocity,and acceleration,which verifies the fluency of the mechanism movement,and obtained the motion trajectory of the end point of the connecting rod,the envelope of the trajectory obtained is the workspace,which can achieve the function of picking up luggage.Fourth,using ANSYS Workbench simulation software to perform static finite element analysis of the primary sorting device,to obtain the displacement and stress cloud diagrams of the device under full load and no-load conditions.The basic principles of the finite element and related knowledge of mechanical design are known that the first grade sorting device has a good static stiffness and strength,and meets the design requirements.Fifth,the movement of baggage on the conveyor belt is abstracted as the mechanical model of the axially moving string and beam under the action of the moving block.The vibration analysis is performed and the equation of motion is solved.In the ANSYS Workbench,the modal simulation analysis of the two parts of the device is carried out,and the first 6 order modes and the natural frequencies of the two operating conditions are obtained.It is proved that the device has enough vibration resistance and meets the use requirements.
