Production-Living-Ecological Space is t the basic carrier of human social and economic activities. From the perspective of systems theory, the city system is taken as the object of resilience evaluation, then the city resilience evaluation index is determined as the three-dimensional criterion of "production-life-ecology".Based on the fusion model of TOPSIS and grey relation degree with technical support measure, the resilience measurement and evaluation of the space at the three spatial scales of "region-city-county" in Fujian Province from 2013 to 2017 were conducted. In addition, the obstacle degree model is used to explore the barrier factors, and the spatial autocorrelation method is used to parse the spatial relations of the element. The results show that:(1)The comprehensive resilience of all spatial scales in Fujian Province has the characteristics of "range","level difference" and "regionalization",and the comprehensive resilience decreases as the spatial scale decreases. The comprehensive resilience from the regional scale to the county scale is from higher to lower. The comprehensive resilience at the city scale has obvious stage evolution characteristics, and the change node is in 2016.The evolution of the comprehensive resilience at the regional and county scales is relatively stable. The difference pattern at the regional scale is unstable, the difference between regions becomes larger, and the development becomes more uneven;the difference pattern at the city scale and county scale is relatively stable, and the comprehensive resilience between cities slowly shrinks and develops balancedly.(2)The ecological, production and life resilience grades of each spatial scale in Fujian Province are consistent, but the grade of each criterion decreases as the spatial scale becomes smaller. The resilience of each criterion at the regional scale, city scale and county scale degrees are in higher resilience, medium resilience and lower resilience. There are same contribution rate. The contribution rate of life is the largest, while the contribution rate of ecology is the smallest.Among them:(3)Ecological resilience is in a better state in Fujian Province. The spatial pattern of ecological resilience at each scale is unstable and the quality of the ecological environment decreases, but the difference in resilience shrinks as the spatial scale becomes smaller, and the difference at the regional scale is the largest.(4)The production resilience is the lowest among the three aspect. The spatial pattern of production resilience varies at various spatial scales. The regional and city-scale spatial patterns are stable but the county spatial patterns vary greatly. However, the pattern of differences in production resilience at various spatial scales is stable, and economic development is getting better and better.(5)The resilience of life in each spatial scale is unstable, the quality of life is developing well. The difference of quality of life decreases with the shrinking of spatial scale, and the county is the smallest.(6)In the spatial correlation effect, the resilience of the regional scale and city scale has nothing to do with the resilience of the surrounding domain units. The resilience is related to the resilience of the surrounding neighboring units on the scale of the county. And there are high and low value clustering areas or an area where the outliers are surrounded by opposite values. To study the resilience of multi-scale landscapes in Fujian Province, considering not only the correlation between urban resilience and scale based on landscape, but also the correlation between landscapes,it is expected to provide research directions for multi-scale landscape research Planning and design provide multi-dimensional ideas.
