| The construction industry plays an important role in China’s overall economy.With the development of industrialization,the industrialization of the construction industry has gradually become a hot spot for reform and development.In today’s building level,how to efficiently improve energy efficiency,reduce pollution,and reduce wet jobs on the site is a problem to be solved.In this context,prefabricated buildings have attracted more and more attention.Compared with foreign countries,China’s prefabricated buildings have an earlier start but a slower development speed.Especially the development of prefabricated concrete structures is not only small in scale but also has a lower level of integration than developed countries in the foreign construction industry,as a result,precast concrete structures in China cost more to build than traditional cast-in-place structures,which hinders its development speed and scale.Therefore,a detailed analysis of the cost of each stage of the fabricated concrete structure from the perspective of the entire life cycle,to find out the key influencing factors and put forward effective measures for cost control,is of great significance to the development of the assembled concrete structure.This article first summarizes a large amount of related field literature,summarizes the current research status of prefabricated building costs,full life cycle,and system dynamics.Second,it introduces prefabricated building,prefabricated concrete structure,and full life cycle cost.And related conceptual theories of system dynamics.Based on this,the applicability of system dynamics in this research is clarified,and the cost influencing factors at each stage of the life cycle of prefabricated concrete structures are analyzed.Then,the cause and effect diagram,tree State diagram,flow diagram,and then use VENSIM software to carry out a series of tests on the model.Finally,carry out a case analysis and use VENSIM software to simulate and analyze the system dynamic model of the full life cycle cost of the actual fabricated concrete structure to find out the cost.The main influencing factors are the life-cycle cost control measures for fabricated concrete structures.Figure 70;Table 7;Reference 54... |
