In recent years,China's economy has developed rapidly, however, the problems of environmental pollution and energy consumption have become increasingly serious. Therefore, the extensive forms of traditional building have failed to meet the requirements of sustainable development strategy.Driven by the sustainable development strategy, the project of prefabricated houses has been vigorously promoted in China due to their green environmental friendliness and having a short construction period. With the promotion of policies such as rural revitalization and new urbanization, prefabricated houses will become the future development direction of rural houses.Compared with traditional residences, more complex construction processes, more links, higher technical requirements, and more involved subjects are demanded in the process of prefabricated residential buildings.Consequently, there are many risk factors of rural prefabricated houses in the full life cycle. In order to execute the construction of prefabricated houses in rural areas safely, stably and orderly, based on the entropy weight method and extension theory,we use the entropy-weight extension model to carry on the research on risk evaluation of rural prefabricated houses in the full life cycle, which is of great significance for preventing and controlling risks of rural prefabricated houses in the full life cycle. After studying a large amount of literature s and practice, this article takes rural prefabricated houses as research objects from the perspective of the full life cycle and discusses risks of rural prefabricated houses in the full life cycle according to the characteristics of risks and theoretical knowledge.Firstly, according to the development status, theoretical knowledge and risks of rural prefabricated houses, the author uses the accident tree analysis method to identify risks of rural prefabricated houses in the full life cycle. At the same time, based on the construction principles of the index system,a risk evaluation index syste m of the full life cycle for rural prefabricated houses was constructed.Secondly,in the light of risk evaluation index system of rural prefabricated houses in the full life cycle, entropy weight method and extension theory was used to construct risk evaluation model of rural prefabricated houses in the full life cycle based on the characteristics of risks of rural prefabricated houses. Finally, the entropy weight extension model is applied to an example, then put forward risk prevention and control countermeasures and suggestions by analyzing evaluation results.Based on the principle of index system construction,a scientific and systematic risk evaluation index system of the full life cycle for rural prefabricated houses was constructed. The entropy weight extension model can convert qualitative problems into quantitative problems for calculation, which verifies the applicability and effectiveness of the entropy-weight extension model by objective and reasonable evaluation results, and which provides important reference bases for risk prevention and control of rural prefabricated houses in the full life cycle.
