Research On Optimal Strategies Of Residential District Planning Intensity Arrangement From The Perspective Of Human Settlement

The planning and development of urban settlements are of great significance to the daily lives of residents and the development of cities.Secondly,the quality of living space will also have an important impact on people's lives and the quality of urban construction.This article starts with the current practice of strong volleyball design before the development of commercial residential areas in China,and explores the conflicting points between the strong volleyball scheme and the comfort of human settlements.This article analyzes the design method of residential area strength arrangement from the perspective of human settlement environment.Taking the newly built and lived settlements in Hefei City and the settlement plan publicly reviewed by the planning department as the research samples,the quality of the human settlement environment at the settlement level was deepened from its built environment,actual perception and computer software simulation analysis Analyze,summarize and summarize the main problems existing in the planning and design stage of the settlement period,and analyze the layout planning method and planning design process of the early stage of the settlement from the natural system and the residential system level in the human settlement environment.As far as possible,in order to ensure the original development intensity,the settlement plan should be further improved and optimized in terms of human settlement comfort,balancing the interests of real estate developers,the government,and the future residents of the settlement.In the process of the existing strong layout,the initial judgment and analysis of the internal space shape and micro-environmental climate of the residential area are added to improve the overall livability of the plan.Finally,the author concludes that the author's current layout of the residential area is strong The optimization strategy of the design method path.The path of this analysis is analysis,induction,verification,and adopting different research methods at different stages.The research methods include literature research,case investigation,experience summary,and computer simulation methods.
